Service is okay but make sure you have enough time on your hand. Made me wait 1 hour for a phone ?

A couple of years ago I received an email to come in for a free phone, so I did. The girl told me she looked it up and it wasn't for the free phone, but the one below it, so I took that phone. She was nice, but if they offer a free phone they should honor that.
