Disappointed; waited in the DT for at least +10mins. Before anyone comments “why didn’t you get off”, I had my smallest sleeping. And also there was at least maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. This bank has really gone down hill, I don’t switch because I pay everything online and have all my info saved for “faster” process.

Called customer service and asked them why my card was declining a $3 charge on my payday. I go through all of BMO's verification steps just for the customer service rep to ask me why my card was declining the charge...your bank is a joke.

The manager Pete is so unprofessional to say the least. If you have a 10:30 am telephone appointment with a customer I believe you should call either way to reschedule or whatever not just leave them hanging. BMO is the worst bank I have ever encountered.... I have opened a bank account elsewhere I won't be treated this way plus the offers I received elsewhere is amazing (Oak Valley Community Bank) as far as BMO you better get right with your customers because this is wrong

Made me wait for 1hour and 45 minutes to cash a check from their bank and after I gave them everything they asked for still didn't cashed the check

The new male manager is HORRIBLE!!! I believe that he has something against women and my female co-worker said the same thing. BRING LAURA BACK! Otherwise alot of people will be changing banks.

Went to cash a settlement check I received in my maiden name. They told me they couldn't unless I had my old name on an ID. Went out to the car to get it and the male manager came up and said "oh sorry we can't accept your old ID since it's expired". I said yes I'm aware it's expired I'm married now and have a different last name and new ID. I'm just showing I am this same person. He refused to cash my check, and when I asked what married people do in this situation he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I decided to try to deposit online and it approved right away even though my last name is now different. He could have just told me to do this to begin with instead of being rude. Maybe it's time for me to get a new bank.Or maybe you guys should get a new manager.

I don’t know why all the bad reviews they’ve always been super helpful. There’s never long lines and when we’ve had situation, they take care of it right away.

To be fair the Oakdale rd location is wonderful this location steer clear of I'm a premier member they order me a regular card when I asked them to fix it the manager refused saying that there was no difference which is a complete lie and said she would charge me $50 dollar if I wanted to replace my card she's no longer at that branch but they also don't know how to work the printer for the cashiers check.. really?? Where do they find these people?? Makes one wonder

Just came back to the states needing to open an account with a bank. After visiting a few banks, was very happy to find Bank of the West. Laura helped me get everything set up. Very friendly and she made sure to help get everything set up to fit my needs. I'd highly recommend visiting this branch. Also very reasonable plans, and all you need for a checking is to make a deposit monthly, you also have the option to make your card unusable if there isn't a balance (To avoid overdraft fees) which I personally liked. (doesn't prevent automatic payments from going through, but still helps!)
