Just came back to the states needing to open an account with a bank. After visiting a few banks, was very happy to find Bank of the West. Laura helped me get everything set up. I don’t know why all the bad reviews they’ve always been super helpful. There’s never long lines and when we’ve had situation, they take care of it right away.

I like it because it's not crowded like Wells Fargo or Bank of America.
