Their gas pumps do not put gasoline, only air and the employees or owner do not want to return the money, they give you whatever they want, totally a fraud ?

I've been a daily customer at this location for 4+ years, adapted happily to the new app when it came out \\u0026 it's been great. The clerks I usually see know me \\u0026 up to now I'd say it's been a 5 star experience.... I went into this location to check in on the app for deals \\u0026 my usual soft drink. I then paid for them \\u0026 was told by the clerk who I'm not very familiar with that it was a counterfeit bill! I was blown away \\u0026 asked her to show me it and she had stamped it with \\\"copy\\\" and said she couldn't service me, that I \\\"tricked\\\" her. I showed her I had plenty of money to pay with \\u0026 tried to explain I must have received it in change. I had only gone to the bank \\u0026 Dollar General before stopping at AmPm. I asked to speak to the manager or when there would be someone there who knew me over the years. She wouldn't tell me when the manager shows up there. She was extremely rude to me and it was extremely hurtful being accused as a criminal. I've never had a criminal record for anything in my life! I understand that she had to keep the bill by law if it was counterfeit, but I don't want my good reputation tarnished because i unknowingly paid with it. It was also a low denomination and she could plainly see I had plenty of higher denominations of money in my wallet, I'm definitely not in need \\u0026 would never resort to criminal activity if I was. I'm a extremely honest, well mannered gentleman. I work 2 jobs, 1 in a professional capacity \\u0026 I have no need to knowingly pass a fake $10 bill for soft drinks. I work hard for my money. I then walked back to Dollar General and told them what had happened and showed them my reciept where I received $12.65 in change prior to going to AmPm to make them aware that they apparently gave me a purported fake $10 bill in that change. Next stop was Ceres Police Department to let them know what had happened to me \\u0026 make them aware of the situation. I will update this review after I speak with the onsite manager at AmPm about this incident. My list of professional references for my good character in the community is very long.

Went to go grab a few things before work this morning 11/3/22 @ 3AM the cashier was very rude and didn’t want to scan my code on my phone he said “next time” that’s the reason I went was for the coupon. He rushed me with only one person standing behind me very bad customer service. He’s the older gentleman he’s been there a while not sure why he has attitude every time I go in there. Maybe I’ll go somewhere else from now on

This location's bathroom is always "out of service"I'm not pumping gas here if the gas station doesn't even offer the bare minimum. They still charge to use your card but can't fix the bathrooms.

The lady at the front won't let you use the bathroom based on your appearance she let other people go in front of me and then I asked for the key and she says it's out of service I go to leave and she's giving it to someone else screw this store

If I could give this place a negative 1000 rating I would!! They literally have a sign up that says if you give them the wrong pump number that that's your problem they won't refund your money. That's only problem number one. Problem number two is it they are extremely rude there's one gentleman that's new he can barely speak English and he is extremely rude and he gets your pump number wrong every single time when you go in there to tell him that you've got it wrong he tells you no he's got it right in to get out I will literally never come back again

The new owners don't honor prices they post fake signs it says you buy coffee get a muffin croissant for $1 dollar with purchase of coffee the owners are rude as well I took my service to AM/PM on Mitchell and service they do stay true to their word.

24/7 Great service, customers always greeted and welcomed at the door. I've noticed they are closed some nights @10pm-10:15pm but they open back up at 10:15 SHARP ! very good staff

Not only are they rude and disrespectful they are also THIEVES!! I refuse to shop at any am/pm. I understand that mistakes can happen but not Everytime. Sick of being over charged by convience stores.

Employees are extremely RUDE and it doesn’t matter what day it is and who it is! Plus they pick and choose what they’re going to honor on the ampm app. so there’s no point of even using the app at this location and if there’s a posted sale price of something and the register rings it up as a different price they won’t honor the posted sale price. I definitely won’t be going back to this ampm.
