This place has ok services, the only downfall is, I was told that I checked in to see a Veterinarian, which I only came in for a chip but they still went ahead and charged me a vet fee anyway with my chip fee that was a disappointment we didn’t see a vet, I honestly thought I made an appointment only for a chip, not a vet. Makes me second guess if I want to bring in my pups back here. I’ve been coming here for awhile now.

This place does not care about your pet ? all they care about is the money..I took my baby DOLLY there because she was not eating and she was drulin with blood and sleeping more than usual I explained that my main concern was her not able to eat her dry food and that I was sure something was wrong from inside her mouth and throat and that she had lost too much weight doctor came back saying she needed X-rays and blood work and that she needed to stay there for about 2-3 hours so I left her there and got a phone call that she was ready and according to the doctor she has a bacteria infection and arthritis on her hips gave her 4 different types and of medication and fluids and that other than that she was okay I paid 1200 dollars and took her home 5 days later I took her back because I didn't see her getting better at all so doctor checked her again and said that she might have something going on with her teeth and throat and that I had to take her to another doctor because they don't have the proper equipment there I don't understand why the doctor didn't take X-rays of her mouth and throat when I told him that was my main concern. But yet charged me an extra 35 dollars for the follow-up I will never take her to that place again and you shouldn't either, my poor baby is not doing well and now I don't have the money to get her treated i need to gather up at least 1000 dollars more??? she is very very sick I'm scared that she will not make it ❤️?????

Been going here since early days of opening with Dr Basra and continued on with the changing of the guard after he sold. I trust them with my dogs. I have had 4 dogs go here. We have always had great care. I never feel like they are recommending cost that is not necessary. In fact, I have been told many times “we could do all these tests and charge you alot of money but I would rather try this first”. Josie and Remi’s mom recommends. ??

Years ago I had recommended this clinic but throughout the years it was hard to have my pets seen, so I had to look elsewhere. One of my frenchies was diagnosed with food allergies and was put on a prescribed Hydrolyzed food diet. Over 5 years not once did this clinic ask for me to bring him in for an anual visit. My food has been on autoship for years now and waiting for my delivery today i received a denial from chewy.com that the veterinarian didn't approve it. When I called about it they told me I had to bring my dog in for an anual visit because it had been 4 years. They wouldn't see him today (Monday) as I was in need of food, they told me they could see him on Wednesday. The gal on the phone and manager did not seem to care that my dog was is need of food. All they seemed to care about was their new policy and getting their moneys worth. To the staff if that's your new policy then you should do better of informing your patients. Success comes a long way when there's great costumer service. I had another veterinarian approve the prescription without a cost! Have a great day!

Found a puppy on the road and he had horrible ear infection called this place and tried to get an estimate they couldn’t give me a price I asked if it would be over $1000 lady was very rude and said she didn’t know and that if I can’t afford 1000 I shouldn’t be calling so I just hung up call was at 12pm may 30

I have taken all my pets to the American pet clinic in ceres California for years but a few weeks ago I took my dog for his usual nail trimming and he came back limping. (We didn’t notice when we were there because he is a small dog and was carried.) I immediately called them to see what could have possibly happened. The manager was unprofessional. She did suggest I bring my dog back to be looked at. I asked if I could speak with the veterinarian before I do because my dog is traumatized. She refused saying it wasn’t their policy for me to speak with the veterinarian. I was shocked. This facility should care for the animals well being especially when they are the ones at fault and hurt my dog. 3 weeks later and my dog is still limping from the damage they caused.

The staff helped me find the owner of a dog I found on our court. He wandered around possibly looking for his home. American Pet Clinic said they could check to see if he was chipped and he was! They made a call to the owner and she came and we reunited her with her dog. The staff was very helpful and kind.??

It under new management it not good they charged for tec holding your dog the fee 25.00 and they put under appt fee /tech fee.
