What you did to me today Erin was EXTREMELY screwed up! My appointment was for 1145 not 1130. Yes I was 7 minutes late due to snow conditions n a trailer stalled on 299. I hope your righteousness pays off for you losing local customers. Your really not worth the 100$ I spend but was hoping to keep it local. Such a screwed up local business!
