Nice space. But the tv didn’t work in the master bedroom the first night and the Roku never worked so my wife had to watch her show on her laptop. The handle on the toilet was broken so the toilet kept running in the small bathroom and the door was coming off the hinges because there was no pin in the middle hinge prevented the door from closing. Definitely NOT worth the price.

I stayed here for 3 nights 4 day. 1 of my rooms started leaking because the people up top kept flooding there bathtub. 2 nights this happened out if the 3 I stayed there. He offered only a $100 credit.its now 6 weeks later an I have called back like every 2 weeks to ask about the credit that I haven't received yet.

We stayed here for our wedding week along with members of our bridal party. The hotel was awesome. Jason was so responsive, kind and accommodating, and the accommodations were great. The rooms are a good size, clean, modern, with a view that can’t be beat and a location right in downtown. We are so happy we chose this special place to stay at during our wedding week. Thanks Jason and staff!

Definitely a great spot, I was on room 331 and the view it's great, the keyless doors are also a great choice, the communication with the lobby was also great, yes there are only stairs but definitely not a big deal. The in amenities are also good, full kitchen with silverware and glassware. Also many businesses around from cookies, coffee and restaurants to enjoy. Over all I loved it.

We recently stayed at Pier View Suites. We were celebrating my father's 85th birthday. When we arrived our bungalow was not ready as they said it would be. They finally switched our room. We were staying in a bungalow which was clean however, there was trash all on the grounds. We were there for four days and the trash was never picked up. Never saw any help on the grounds whatsoever. We had asked for two key cards for my parents as they are elderly. The first set did not work. The second set did not work after asking for them for three days. We kept being told that the assistant had not dropped them off. We were told that there was an area for our dogs, there was not. When I called to ask about the dog area, we were told just to take them anywhere downstairs, even where the fire pit & seating area was. We could not use the fire pit area due to all the trash that wasn't picked up our entire stay. The location is great. The layout of the suite was nice, but needs paint, needs new outdoor furniture. We had no umbrella on our patio & a large dead plant on the deck. It just seemed like a property they were no longer interested in. I'm giving it a 3 star review because it's a great location & the bedding was nice.

Great view, terrace, large beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable on our trip from San Francisco to San Diego.
Hosts were very accommodating.

Wow! I just wrapped up a fantastic birthday weekend. This place is amazing and is our new favorite staycation spot on the Central Coast. Never mind the gorgeous location, we are talking Disney standards when it comes to cleaning, attention to detail, and service. Shelley takes care of the place and does so with a smile (Bry is also great). Her positive attitude is infectious, and I, personally, think she deserves a raise. I will be booking our next visit today.

I booked my stay in April for Jun called back twice to confirm room as I never received confirmation. Per the hotel, my room was given away because it was never confirmed. When I called to find out what happened, all they could do was say sorry and explain how they couldn't understand what happened when I confirmed the room twice over the phone and gave my card info.
