Great view, friendly staff, great bathrooms & showers, reasonably priced. Cayuco is a wonderful beach town.

Perfect location within walking distance to the downtown part of Cayucos and the pier. Public restroom and showers were recently redone and were as nice as a hotel. We always enjoy our stay.

Another great time at Bella Vista by the Sea RV Park. November 27, 2023.This is a quieter time of year in Cayucos, and the RV Park is great to be at, as usual. We pulled in on a Sunday afternoon, our registration packet was waiting for us. We got set up right away with water, electrical, and sewer, and then headed down to the beach. It was a balmy 75° with not a cloud in the sky and no wind. We had a beautiful sunrise in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening, followed by the rise of a full moon. What more can you ask for as you sip your Hearst Ranch Tempranillo next to a warm fire on your patio. The town isn't quite as active as other times of year, but still plenty to do in Cayucos and the surrounding area - dining, beach walks, a few night spots depending on the day of the week.

Quiet, clean older trailer & RV park on a hillside with good views of the ocean & pier.Very clean restrooms & shower facilities with a laundry room on site.Easily walkable to downtown Cayucos. The town is a great place to sightsee, eat, drink if you wish or just peoplewatch & chill.

Made a reservation well in advance but had never been to the park. Wife & I were in Morro Bay 3 weeks before our reservation so we decided to drive up to Cayucos to visit the site. I could barely maneuver my dually around the corners without my 38' 5th wheel. The streets were very narrow with numerous auto's & trucks parked on the streets. Found the sites were barely long enough for our 5th wheel but were so narrow we would have difficulty putting out our slide outs without being a couple of feet from our neighbors. I called & explained why I was cancelling and was charged one nights stay & a cancellation fee. Would only recommend for trailers under 30 feet with no slide outs.

There are about 35 spots for RVs with about 10 that have an ocean view. I was in site 13. The balance are mobile home type trailers, generally old and well kept. I pulled my trailer to the front of the site and had a good view of downtown, Morro Rock, the ocean and most of the pier. My downhill neighbor's trailer and pickup blocked about half of the view but I was pleased with what I could see. The 30 amp full hookups worked fine, There was a concrete pad for chairs etc. The RV sits on gravel, more like road-base, if you know what that is. I also had a picnic table. The facility is well kept, that bathroom looks like it's been recently remodeled. There is a laundry, which I did not use. I had excellent 5-bar AT&T 5G service. I'll stay here again.

It's a great place to visit if you have an RV. Best location in all of Morro Bay. I lived there in one of the park owned rentals and loved it. I was devestated when I was hostily evicted for no real good reason. It was the park manager I think, but we will never know. Hope your stay turns out to be better than mine!!

Every once upon a time I make up a little rhyme... Of a secret spot to keep unknown An amazing place we love to goStayed up late wishing on a starBella Vista, there you areDreamt of a pier and a fire on the sandCayucos is where we land Savored food satisfying and sweetwith the beach at my feet Took my pup along the shore Danced in the rain as it started to pour Surfers twist and glide in their might A child flies their first kite Drove past miles of coastline caves Shallow swam while watching waves Seals bounce and drift on by Kelp and driftwood float in stride This rare, pristine sea I endlessly bow to thee Worth the travel from afar Bella Vista, there you are

Great location. The park is clean and kept up. BUT they have the landscapers blowing the dust towards people's trailers and having a gentleman who was relaxing in his spot move himself and his things so they could mow the tiny patch of grass. Not great for the high price of a tiny wedge of a spot with a view of stored trailers. Walking and biking around town is the best part of staying in this park!!

Site 66…No privacy..squeezed between two permanent trailers. The occupant of the site above us played music and used a skill saw until 9 pm which is within the rules but still very noisy!!!! Nothing much to do here at all without driving. The price was high but it did have full hookups which was a plus. I would not stay here again unless I could choose my own spot. I had to take what they chose for me.

I've stayed here for years now 2 trailers worth, good spot weeds overgrown in my space broken concrete chuncks left to trip over. My issue was I paid for full set up and break down trailer not plugged into power, slide not out, fridge not on boiler not on propane off, and then a power outage No notification, so I'm checking fuses flipping breakers SMH. This was not the best week but it's all good I'll keep riding. U MAKE THE CALL

The RV park had all the hookups needed and the WiFi was decent. The only issue is the varying quality of sites--some had patches of grass. Ours did not. Ours was a bunch of rocks, which makes it hard when you have a dog. There is also no trees for shade, so you'll want an awning. That being said, it was a last minute reservation. That makes this a four star. The five star is the location. It is right across a nonbusy street from the beach and the downtown area is right there. The location is excellent.

Overheard the manager try to move a family who had been staying accross from us because her assistant double booked the space and another family had just arrived. They made the mom and child staying in the space cry on Christmas even though it was their mistake. Very unprofessional.
