“I had a blowout on the 10 freeway while helping a friend move to Oklahoma. I was towed to the local Discount Tire only to be told to have a seat and wait. He was busy. This was after I had already called ahead and let them know I was being towed in. I walked outside and saw Rivera Tire. Got in my car drove it over with a completely blown out tire. They got me right in and out in less than 30 minutes. These guys saved my day! Five star service all the way around. Thank you!”
“My Mother-in-Law lives in Palm Springs .. she had repeated issues with a tire for her Fiat 500 POP. She went to American Tire on numerous occasions and they claimed to fix it, but never did, and treated her with disdain and disrespect. The folks at Firestone there recommended she go to Desert Wheels in Cathedral City who treated my aging Morher-in-Law with respect and fixed the issue. Cannot recommend Desert Wheels too highly because of this. Clearly run by good people who do good work. Support this business if you can.”
“This place not only has the nicest kindest finance lady Rebecca (I think), but all the employees are genuine. They have compassion and sell that way.This rare to find. All the way up to the owner. Due to a personal emergency last-minute I had to cancel my purchase and these people went beyond the limit. They were accomdating and very helpful to say the least.
