Terrible experience at the Walgreens in Palm Springs when I ordered a vinyl graduation banner and it was printed on paper. The manager at the store gave me an attitude like I did something wrong. I came to this Cathedral City location and Val the shift lead and Lydia helped me with the graduation banner I wanted. They were so professional and helped fulfill my order. I should have just came to this store from the beginning. So happy with the results! This team in Cathedral City rock!

They are expensive to me on most things unless you shop for their specials.I must say I have never meet a rude or bad employee in any of their locations except D.H.S and that was a long time ago.

I could no longer keep my business at this pharmacy. I moved to the area from out of state. This Walgreen's location is closest to my new home.. But with the issues I've had with this pharmacy I've had to find a different one to do business with. This Walgreen's keeps some strange hours and is sometimes closed altogether. The pharmacy closes completely for lunch. What should be done is staggering the pharmacists' lunchtimes so that the pharmacy can be open during lunchtime. I also had a couple of issues with my prescription being filled in a timely manner. When trying to reach someone over the phone I had to deal with their automated messaging system which is a pain. I have called during their pharmacy business hours only to be looped through the automated system repeatedly until they closed. To save the occasional wasted trip of driving to this pharmacy (only to discover that they were closed which was a waste of my time and gas) I resorted to calling the Walgreen's store to speak to an sales clerk outside of the pharmacy just to be sure that the pharmacy was, indeed, open (and not randomly closed). It got to be too much of a hassle so I no longer go here.

Needed my prescription for pneumonia they decided to shut down the pharmacy temporarily so I patiently waited 5 days for them to open up on Tuesday. They then said my medicine is out of stock but more is on the way. Waited until Friday so a total of 8 days waiting for medicine I NEED. Tried calling today and it now shows I have no prescriptions waiting. I'm guessing it passed the window time frame I needed to pick up and now I have to get it prescribed again. If you needed any medical needs DO NOT go here and have your medicine here. I understand it's the holidays but cmon. Feel like my lung is going to explode and haven't slept in days because of this cough

Every time I call to speak to someone in the pharmacy they place me back on hold over and over without answering, until the phone system finally drops my call. Every time I call it's at least 10-12 minutes of this just to get hung up on. It's the most irresponsible behavior I've ever encountered from a place that is dispensing medication that peoples lives depend on.

The female Asian woman in the pharmacy is so rude. Please hire people with better customer service skills since they are dealing with customers.

I turned in a prescription at noon and I was told this it would be ready in 2 or 3 hours. I came back at 4:30 and stood in line for 10 minutes only to find out that it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. It was, but when I got home I found that the prescription was incorrect. I had been given plain amoxicillin when the prescription was for Augmentin (Amox-Clav). So I drove back and after waiting in line again to complain I got back in the queue and got the right drug and a polite apology from the pharmacist. The staff were polite throughout, but I don't think that there are enough of them to handle the demand satisfactorily.

What's going on! They are always closed at random times. Please explain. Do I need to transfer my rx to other pharmacy?

They call the prescriptions are ready but are closed some days so you waste your time driving there.Now they have totally lost my prescription and claim I picked it up.They need to be reported to the state of California! These People are worthless.
