My recent visit to Walgreens for a picture printing service was marred by poor communication and unhelpful customer service. Upon arrival, an employee instructed me to use the computer without providing clear guidance on what I needed to do. Despite my efforts to follow her vague instructions, I struggled for 15 minutes before seeking assistance. When I approached another staff member for help, I was met with an attitude and reluctance to assist. It was frustrating to receive such dismissive treatment when I was simply trying to follow instructions. Clear communication and supportive customer service are essential in any retail environment, and it's disappointing that Walgreens failed to deliver on both fronts during my visit. I hope Walgreens addresses these issues to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

I'm reviewing the photo dept basically although the front checkers have improved and much friendlier greeting people as they enter which is nice Sherry is a wonderful employee her customer service is great her bright smile and cheerful Sherry is quick to get the prints done so quick and the quality is nice disposition is so refreshing Thanks Sherry for your great work

Prescriptions won’t be filled the same day. Waited three days to get my full prescription for my son and now have waited all day for my prescription to be filled. I’ll try tomorrow.

I pulled up at 12:20am to 3 employees locking the door. I asked if they were closed, the young woman said yes. I then asked if they were 24 hours, she said yes again but that they are short staffed... Update your hours. Incredibly inconvenient to drive 20min to arrive to a closed store.

I scheduled Covid 19 appointment online ,at my local Walgreens Pharmacy in Desert Hot Springs. I show up for my appointment ,and the guy behind the window Could Not find my Reservation, even I show him my print out of my appointment, and Text message from Walgreens confirming my reservation. Horrible Costumer Service at this Pharmacy! Don't do Business at this Location.! Does anyone read these horrific reviews in the corporate offices?

Can't get anything correct or on time. I have had nothing but problems in my last five visits. They're never open, drive thru always closed, never answer the phone, notices ready for pick- up not true.

Never has a 90 day supply of my medication. Always having to wait days, then having to drive clear across town to pick it up.This is supposed to be a Pharmacy. Really??I miss CVS! Insurance driven.

Went through the pharmacy drive thru expecting it to be quicker than getting down and waiting a whole hour. Staff would help other people that had just gotten there inside rather than the people who had been waiting in the drive thru for longer. Would not recommend going through the drive thru. You'd be better off getting down or even going to another pharmacy.

Nicki, the pharmacist, helped me get a vital medication when no other location would. First, she answered the phone, when other places don't even do that. Then she thought creatively and helped me so much. She made all the difference to me when I was from out of town and sick. Amazing provider!

Most disgusting store. They need to close it. It's terrible for the brand and an insult to customers. I should have read reviews before I went.Rudest totally incompetent pharmacy. Closed the window in my face as I was standing waiting to pick up my meds. It was 5 pm and people were behind me - they were supposed to close at 7. Waited 30 minutes the day before. That day I called and was put in hold 25 minutes - but when I went - since I couldn't get thru I was told they were at lunch. Even tho the recordings says 1:30 - 2. It was 3! Not even sure I got the right meds!No manager two times I went. Just incompetent supervisor.Stay away!! It's scary they're distributing drugs!!

The pharmacy don't answer the phone. They are closed on the weekends but say open. ou have to wait 30+ minutes in the drive through just to talk to a pharmacist for them to come back and wait another 30+ minutes. I'm done with Walgreens

PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY: this has been my pharmacy for my basic birth control patches for a couple years now and over the years it just seems like this place is under staffed or something. I’ve had to call EVERYTIME to remind THEM to get me my prescription. I’ve had pharmacists with horrible attitudes and have my prescription be late (it’s not like they said they were out.) I wouldn’t recommend making this your primary pharmacy. They have a lot of work to do here.
