Most amazing dealership in the valley! I was looking for a new car, specifically an SUV. I had narrowed it down to three. When I walked into the Volvo dealership, I immediately narrowed it to the XC 90. Of course the car is beautiful, fantastic and it has everything I was looking for. But it was the sales department and finance department that truly made the sale work!!!! Everyone was super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work with me. From the greeting I received at the front desk to the final signature on the dotted line, the people at Volvo Cars Palm Springs are what made this such a fantastic experience

I’ve been debating on a place to take my vehicle for maintenance that wouldn’t charge an arm and a leg for additional services when all I needed was basic maintenance. I went in to gauge a price for my car and Matt Thornton was such a huge help. He did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me an honest price for the work I needed without trying to push anything I didn’t need. He answered all the questions I had and then some. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t try to screw you over to make a quick buck, ask for Matt Thornton in the service department and he’ll get you taken care of. Thank you Matt!!

I purchased my Volvo from another dealership but recently moved to the Palm Springs area. I needed help with service on my vehicle and didn’t know where to go. I called and spoke with a man in the service department named Matt Thornton. I had so many questions and concerns and he took the time to explain everything about my warranty and how it worked. He was so patient with me and answered every question I had with confidence. Matt is very knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease. He talked to me like I was his friend. I was so impressed by his cheerfulness and willingness to go above and beyond for me. I absolutely look forward to coming in for my routine maintenance work soon with Matt. I know he will take care of me like he said he would. A HUGE Thank You to Matt Thornton. I’m so happy that I called Volvo of Palm Springs and you picked up. This department is very lucky to have someone like him there. Thank You !!

I had to get some repairs done on my vehicle. I was so stressed about the cost. My service guy Matt Thornton was so helpful. He was able to get my bill down by recommending to wait on my tune up that was due till next month. Assuring me that my car would be fine to schedule a 2nd appointment next month for tune up! Thanks Matt!!!! You were so nice!

Service advisor Matt Thornton went above and beyond to see that my Volvo was repaired. He and his dedicated team stayed after hours to address repairs, secured a loaner car for me, and did it all with great enthusiasm.
