I hate to leave bad reviews but I’m gonna have to.I don’t recommend this store for 2 reasons. 1- They messed up with my live scan to the point that I haven’t been able to work for 2 weeks. (Already lost about 2K due to negligence in my fingerprints which were done incomplete).2 reason, is having to deal with this male manager (JC or something) who even though I explained the situation and he confirmed the error and they had the obligation to do my live scan again, he was not willing to help, not capable to find solutions and much less fix the problem which a good, human & professional manager will do knowing the huge and serious mistake they made by not submitting the right code for the live scan resulting in an incomplete application. Here I am, 15 days out of work for incompleted fingerprints. Very unreliable e irresponsable place & staff. The only one willing to listen and help is Maria. Good thing she helped me today, otherwise I will be still with an incomplete process, losing more money and more stressed out. Stay away from this store and the male unprofessional manager they have.P.S. He will probably comment something to this post making believe to the people that they couldn’t found me as customer or he doesn’t know what I am taking about., etc but I am sharing the truth…

I've had mostly negative experiences at this UPS Store (in contrast to the many positive reviews below). I have a wine subscription with a winery deliver a case of wine every month to the UPS Store for the past 6 months. I've scheduled the delivery to the store to avoid having to be home all day to sign for the package. Alcohol must be shipped by a registered shipper and signed by the recipient over the age of 21. I'm notified by text when the delivery is made, so I go to pick it up the same day. Every time I go to the UPS Store they look at my shipment notification and come back from the pile of boxes and say they can't find it. This is a big heavy box, not a small box that could be hidden under another package. They tell me it may have been delivered to the wrong UPS Store. They suggest I go to the other nearby UPS Store and ask them. Sometimes they tell me they signed that they received it, but the driver didn't take the box off the truck. They ask me to come back tomorrow. I find this very inconvenient. In most cases I ask them to look again and they either find the box, or ask someone else who knows where it is. I attribute this problem to poor organization. A Receiver may not be able to account for every box unloaded by a driver, but he or she can count the packages and verify the quantity. I managed a receiving dock for years and can attest that organization is key element of an efficient inventory. Putting someone in charge of receipts creates responsibility and accountability. On my last pick up at the UPS Store, I again encountered the "we don't have it" response, and again asked the clerk to look again. He did find it (as usual), however, this time I was informed that I had to pay a $10 "storage fee." Upon asking the clerk how he could be storing a package that he both couldn't find, and had just been delivered the same day it arrived, he looked to his co-worker for a response. I was told that the UPS Store charges a storage fee if a customer doesn't have a mail box account there. I asked whether the storage fee was a new policy, and was told that it's "always" been their policy. I asked why I hadn't paid a "storage fee" over the last 6 months I've been picking up deliveries from the store, and they had no answer. I was angry enough to refuse the shipment and send it back, but realized that the shipper would be penalized, not UPS. So I paid the $10 fee and got my package. Here is a copy of the phone call reminder I received that day from the UPS Store:“ Hi Tom, this is the UPS store in Cathedral city. We're at 6 7 7 8 2 Highway 1 11. In the target shopping center there's a box here for you we're gonna charge you $10 storage fee for it to pick it up We're open tomorrow, Sunday 10 to 3 Monday 8 to 6 We'll see you then. Bye.…”My complaint is that Management runs a disorganized operation with insufficient employee training, inadequate organization, or perhaps a reliance upon only one person who seems to know everything, but no one else does. The unevenness of the "policies" suggests to me that they apply only at the time when they occur to the clerk. For example, sometimes I'm asked to show my identification indicating legal age to receive alcohol, and sometimes not.I think it's unethical to charge a shipping fee to send a package, then charge another fee to receive it. Does the shipper know that his customer is being charged twice? Is this in fact a UPS policy, or something the UPS franchise store invented? Is this policy stated somewhere in the store so that customers know they will be paying even more to receive a package there?Whether you do business with this franchise is up to the customer and their experience, but I won't use them again. It appears that someone at this UPS Store cares about their customers because they monitor the Google Reviews. I don't care about recouping an unjustifiable $10 fee, I just think that their customers should know that they are pa

The UPS store is neat, clean and the staff is very friendly ever time we visit. We would consider opening a business account.

Rude and unfriendly notary. I’ll take my business elsewhere for that. I’d give 3.5 stars for this location, but the notary experience left a really bad impression. UPS and Amazon return is typical.

Samba as so kind today and went the extra mile in excepting my Amazon returns. I notice she also welcomed others as they came in the store. The process was very well managed, and mannered.
