The truck was fine (I rented it in Riverside, and just dropped it off at this location). I parked the return next to other trucks of its size in the lot. As I got out I was barked at to move it to the line up in the middle of the lot. I moved the truck, got out, and because there were no instructions, I went inside (only to be told to go back out and wait by the truck). When I pointed out that they could use some signage to instruct customers, I was told "there is a sign, under the canopy". This small sign, 3 feet off the ground under a 20 foot tall canopy was hidden by the poles of the canopy and the 3 trucks in line in front if me... Maybe a large arrow on the ground leading to the canopy? Or a RETURNS sign at the top of this 20 foot tall canopy where it could easily be seen? (Or an employee in the lot providing information BEFORE you park and get out of the return?) I don't work there... I was the customer (but zero "welcome" or any customer direction/experience that was professional). U-Haul rents to regular people (not professional truck drivers who might be more use to the vague employee free parking lot and rough directions). But the rest if us just want to drop off the truck after a long day of whatever we were doing that required renting a truck... U-Haul, do better

They only had 1 person that could help with the propane and she was stuck with a rental. Even though there were 3 others on property. I left and went across the street to Chevron and was helped right away. Terrible customer service.

The service I received that u hall was not very professional. I asked for two furniture dollies which were not put in the truck. I was told that the truck had a quarter of a tank and it was on empty in about 4 miles from being at completely. There was nobody to walk me out to the truck I had to search for it in the parking lot, yes the truck may have been brand new and that’s about the only thing you had of this Rental. To top it off they charge me an extra day when I dropped it off at night time through their nighttime Dropbox and here it is 3 o’clock in the afternoon and I’m getting charged for another day because it still has Not been checked in

I was forced to pay $70.59 extra for gas beyond what I was told I would be paying as the truck was almost empty when we picked it up.

Had a reservation, got a call to confirm. When we Showed up they told us we had to go to indio. Then we get to indio they did not have what we reserved, and then charged us a different price. Ended up cancelling and now my money is still not back in my account.

It's great when you see how involved the Mgr is when he is checking people in and out. Great communication, professionalism, courtesy, and his knowledge of the city. I’m new to town still learning directions.Customer service was exemplary. I don’t think there’s anything else that could top what is already in place. Keep up the good work. You gotta gold mine here, especially with all the different trucks different trailers. You guys have it all. That is the best thing ever. Thank you, Kevin, for your help, I appreciate it.

Please try to answer the phone more often, When I have specific questions for a site, such as whether they can install wiring for the hitch lights on my car it's frustrating to go to the general recording over and over. Also, and this is about U-HAUL IN GENERAL: the recording specifically says that the app will allow us to add days to the rental. If so, it is certainly hard (impossible) to find how to do that on the app. Additionally, the app offers no info at all on which Uhaul rental sites have a "hitch pro."However this site is courteous, and the employees are helpful once you get them. I would certainly go there again!

I liked the the Mgr is involved in checking people in and out. U-Haul is fine and perfect. I just want to give you advice without going thru details. If you are going to seek help from the people that hang out around U-Haul, stay away from someone called himself Israel and he claims that he usually do construction.

We have been buying moving supplies from this store for the last several weeks as we are packing up a little bit each day. Tanya Underwood is a manager at this store. She had always been so friendly and helpful, even offering to help us carry our supplies to our car. Thanks Tanya - I hope your supervisors know what a great job you’ve been doing and thanks for helping to make our moving experience less painful!
