Zero score wasn't an option. 7/5 at 8:00 pm I went to the check stand and noticed that they had hot food packaged and just sitting on the counter. It wasn't even being kept hot. I don't know when they put it there but knowing that they close at 11:00 that alone is three hours. I told the employee that they cannot do this without keeping the food hot. He said "I'll tell my supervisor. This is not the first time I've seen this happen at this location. The bottom line is that they don't care. All that bacteria just sitting there. Disgusting!!!!

I had to leave my small children in the car to be able to use the restroom because they have a limited number to admit children inside the store. It is the most absurd policy I have ever seen in a store.

Admittedly I used this stop simply for gas, as was listed as lowest gas prices. The price at pump was exact match ti Gas Buddy. No wait at all. Clean location and 3 pumps per side are covered.

No doubt that they have amazing chicken but this store has so many downfalls that it is pretty much a last option for other things. Prices are high on grocery staples, a half gallon of milk is about the same as a gallon at staters, and they both close at the same time, so I go to Staters. The gas station looks good, clean and well lit, but I drive an electric car. When the store was going up I saw that they were going to put in charge stations. They have plenty of room to put in several But they only have one and it is a level two so it would take 3-4 hours to get any worthwhile charge. They should have put in fast charge stations it would be revenue for theCharge session, and then the car owner would be there about 30 minutes and would be more likely to go in and do some shopping. But after tonight I am most concerned with food safety. I stopped in and picked up a container of Breyer chocolate ice cream. It was $6.99, about $1.50 over other stores. I got home opened the container and the ice cream had obviously melted at some point and then was refrozen, ice crystals, odd discoloration and it had sunk to the bottom. I ran back up there and they were nice about swapping it for a good one. I was shocked that they were all like that, every flavor. I could tap on the top of the containers and they were all hollow at the top. Then I noticed that there were several containers that the lids were not sealed by the plastic wrap around it. It was near closing time, so they didn't seem like they really cared when I pointed out that the container was not suitable for resale, so they just gave me my money back. That reminded me that when they opened the slushy machine didn't work. The liquid was in there, but I didn't see it working for several months and when it did I wondered if it was the mix that had been sitting there all that time.
