Sucky, customer service, little kids working for them and it shows.

Return/exchange policy is ridiculous. I try and support local business but forget it. Tried to exchange shoes for a bigger size. Returned them completely unused still in box with wrapping. And nope. Final sale.I’d rather rather shop a chain store than mom and pop.

Customer Service is bad, I went not that long ago and the cashier lady had a bad attitude and didn’t speak up so i couldn’t hear her I asked nicely how much a nose piercing cost and she answered in a rude way. Also the main lady that works there does whatever she wants and she is always walking around the store without her shoes on. &’ she takes money from other peoples checks.

A wide selection of clothing and accessories - at least for the ladies. Men's is mostly just t-shirts, shorts and pants. For the ladies, it's across the board from flashy (and even slightly trashy) clothing for going out to every-day wear, and more. Prices are pretty good. Employees work and don't just stand around looking, and they also don't push on you to "oh, look at this and this and this"...

I really liked this store but not anymore if the clothes don't fit you they don't give you your money back you have to buy by force right there they don't let you try on the clothes and so much return The ross or dds is better Cheap and they let you measure the clothes?

So I just went to the store to change some jeans I bought yesterday cuz I needed a bigger size and I didn't try them yesterday cuz they don't have the fitting rooms open due to covid I guess... so the lady once I walk in told me leave the Jeans there on the counter so I left them there and after like 2 minutes she told me Mija the jeans look like you used them(out loud) so everybody in there was listening..she embarrassed me in front of everyone so I told her these are not worn look at the bottom of the leg there is no dirt and since there flare jean obviously if u wear them they are gonna be dirty in that part of the jean and I also told her to smell them if she wanted and she said " I can't smell" haha but next time don't take the tags off . She is so rude and don't even care of being polite she also curse a lot while I was shopping there . They really need to do better on customer service this has being the worst experience I've ever had at a clothing store.
