This guy a first class rectal opening. I wouldn't pay kirk to fix a sandwich. He is dirty, rude, unable to keep appointments, unorganized, and unprofessional. I called to set up an appointment to get a company work truck repaired he told me bring it in monday, when I arrived on said monday he literally laughed at me and told me he forgot that I was coming and that he didn't have time or room to come back next week. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I was hesitant to continue to do business with this guy but he was a referral from the owner of the company that I manage so I stuck with it and asked if he would give me an estimate anyway. He took a few pictures and got back to me a few days later with an estimate that I felt was on the high side and the little voice in my head was telling me to move on to someone else... But i persisted i called him back and told him that we accepted his estimate and would like him to begin the repairs ASAP and again he laughed as he told me he didn't have room and that i could bring it in next monday (remember this is a company work truck that isn't making the company any money every day it is off of the road) haven driven there the first time only to be sent away i called this time to make sure he didn't forget again and... you guessed it he laughed and said he still didn't have room and that I could "probably bring it in tomorrow" to which i laughed, told him never mind i'll find someone else, then hung up. This jackass not only had the nerve to call me back and cuss at me telling me "it's not my personal vehicle and I wasn't F-ing paying for it out of my own pocket so why should I care" he also called the person who recommended him to complain about me!Despite being referred by the owner of the company I manage, the overall experience left me hesitant to continue doing business with kirk. From the initial forgetfulness to the dismissive attitude regarding repairs, it became evident that their priorities did not align with providing efficient and reliable service. I ultimately decided to seek an alternative repair shop that values customer satisfaction and professionalism.

This place does horrible work and the owner is a crook. First of all when you schedule an appointment time and the owner never shows up and just gives the excuse he was at the river and forgot should have been the first clue. My car sat for 2 months before he even touched it, all the while saying he was "getting to it". All together he had my car 4 months for a paint job. Since my car sat in the sun outside the window tint started peeling and was given the excuse "it's the desert". It wasn't peeling before I dropped it off. When I got the car back the inside had an unbelievable amount of dirt and sanding dust inside. He doesn't even clean his mess. I had to have it professionally cleaned, just after spending 8k on it. Runs in the paint with no excuses why. One of my reverse lights doesn't work. He never replaced my headlights. His excuses were shipping delays, sent wrong one, still waiting, got 1/2 in and waiting in rest. Then finally he text me " when I get it I'll let you know". That was over a year ago. This guy is a crook and scam. Beware of what you get yourself into with him. Please choose a better company.
