CALLING ALL LAWYERS! Not sure how it is legal that they have run out of plastic bags (this is the second time according to their employees) and are now charging every customer who forgot a bag $1 for the target bags. I stopped by on a whim and did not have any bags with me. This is the FIRST time I think I've ever forgotten my own bag. They said they are completely out of plastic bags (again for the second time). SO not only did I have to pay $1 for a dumb bag after spending almost $100 to haul my stuff home, it wasn't even cute. It has their logo on it. They forced me to basically pay to advertise for them. Highly unethical. I know it's only a $1 but imagine how much they are making off of EVERY customer just today. HIGHLY UNETHICAL. Their mistake, they need to charge $0.25 for their reusable bag. Not make a profit off of their mistakes. I hope everyone returns their bag.

If you’re a size small. Don’t expect to find any clothes in your size. Palm Springs seems to take the title for the clothes with the least options in small size. Go figure. But other than that you’ll find everything else that is needed.

Angelita, (manager in food section) was very unprofessional and rude!! She hung up in my face repeatedly when I asked her if she had a specific food item. I had to call back repeatedly for about 1 1/2 hours until she finally answered the phone. I am going to call corporate and report her and definitely turn her into the Better Business Bureau!! She needs to get retrained on customer service!!

Goodluck getting through to them when you call the store, called 3 different departments including guest services over 20 minutes and no answer

Came today looking for a book, online had a few more copies left so I headed over. Once I get there, searching everywhere for someone to help I finally come across someone's who's able to help. They tell me they don't have the book. I then order the book online to drive-pick up. Was ready not 20 mins later. I have no clue why I was told it wasn't there. Very annoying

This is my go to Target . The store is mostly clean and the aisles are orderly. This specific Target does have a some grocery items; but not a large selection. I usually will shop here for specific items when needed. Positive staff attitude is a plus at this location. Yes, this is my Target.

I'm finally updating my review for this location in Cathedral City and I'm pretty much done with playing nice here going forward.In the Coachella Valley, a stigma exists with carrying a backpack. Unless you're a protected tourist and said backpack is from Gucci or LV. Locals though know the desert is brutal and go for practical brands. I chose to carry an All In Motion backpack, which I purchased at this Target.What I've now grown tired of is the moment I walk in the store, AP is either following me my whole visit or the chatter on the walkie talkies heard throughout the store is focused on what I'm doing and what product I may or may not have put into a basket etc. It's gotten to the point where I know who their AP people are and a lot of the time they are not so good at hiding it. So since Target wants to put a blanket label of "shoplifter" on me or anyone carrying a backpack, I say let the games begin!See, if these AP employees were trained properly and paid attention, they would stop a good portion of the theft that is happening at stores like Target. So as I left the store this evening, without buying anything, the nervous looks of employees all thinking I must have something in my backpack were once again WRONG!Now fast forward to me arriving at the bus stop outside this location and what do I find all over the place... The same scene I see every time, discarded boxes of stolen Target product. I only visited the CVS pharmacy located inside the local Target store. I very rarely buy anything at Target, which I still consider to be nothing more than an "upscale" Walmart.
