I felt obligated to pre-tip only to find out 10 min later that they couldn’t make the advertised drink I ordered. They refunded me for my drink, but not the tip. Starbucks has done nonsense like this before and I quit going for over a year, but wanted to give Starbucks one last chance. Now I’m done.

I pretty much stop at Starbucks everyday on hwy.111 & deep canyon in Palm Desert . Julie and her team do such a great job ? Stella, Nora, and Angel are so friendly and always go above and beyond.

I wish they were a lil more enthusiastic about serving customers, but unfortunately, I felt like I was in the twilight zone while in their store. So bizarre. I walked out of it thinking, 'Where am I?' for a quick second, before realizing I had a Starbucks drink in my hand.

I'm a veteran who came in here today on Veterans Day and I asked what promotion they were doing and they said they weren't doing one for veterans. Went down the street to another Starbucks and they told me that they were doing a tall cup of any kind and even upgraded it without question. So this is one of two things, either ignorance or maliciousness. I'm going to believe it's ignorance, but that's not a whole lot better or much of an excuse

I rank this middle of the road only because the drive thru takes a Hella long-time. They have a huge turn over so it's understandable the service is slow. That should be a red flag for the franchise owner. Pay ppl more or something...idk. it's the only game.in town so not any.options for other Starbucks.
