The buffet was great, service was good. This is a great place for any taste you are craving. Wide variety of foods for everyone. Service is great also.

Horrible company! Paid a lot of money didn’t transport all my items. Kept adding all these fees. My furniture was brand new and came broken. Took 3 weeks to deliver my items. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The sales person doesn’t even give you all the details and fees like they charge you a fee for a flight of stairs, they charge you a fee if your front door isn’t in the 100 ft.

Roadrunner was the delivery company my vendor chose to use. The shipment was scheduled for delivery on 12/23/2015, however it did not arrive. We rescheduled it for 01/04/2016. Again it did not arrive. We rescheduled it again for 01/05/2016. Again, it did not arrive. Roadrunner claimed they weren't responsible because they used a Partner Carrier (Bass Truckline in San Antonio). Roadrunner subcontracted this delivery out to Bass Truckline because they didn't have a Roadrunner location within a certain mile radius to my delivery address. Roadrunner informed me that the liftgate broke on the 3rd attempt, but they would reschedule for a 4th attempt. Roadrunner acknowledged they have had issues with Bass Truckline in the past, however they had to continue utilizing their services as this was a corporate decision. I explained that this is a poor representation of RoadRunner and they should not subcontract to sub par delivery companies and that they should follow up and confirm the delivery after the prior two failed delivery attempts. Luckily the vendor wrote off the entire delivery fee and wrote off 50% of the merchandise. I am extremely unhappy with RoadRunner and will never use their services again. Three Attempted Deliveries - No Call & No Show. I contacted RoadRunner on the 3rd attempt and they assured me we were on schedule. I demanded they place me on hold and speak with the delivery driver and provide an ETA. After RoadRunner spoke with the delivery driver they notified me that the shipment was not on the truck for delivery due to a faulty lift gate.

We gave worked with this delivery service for many years. They are absolutely the best in the area. We have always been treated with respect and Star is a consummate professional. If a person had issues in all more than likely it was because they were the one with the problem. This is my only issue with Yelp. Anyone can make ridiculous unfounded and often untrue statements and the business suffers. Roadrunner is a great company. We have had hundreds of items delivered and never a problem

The actual delivery service expense is high. Concern is the way that customers are treated. We had a delay with our check and we were actually verbally abused by woman named Star. In fact she threatened to hold our other items hostage until the check arrived! We will no longer use roadrunner service. We had used this company for a long time, and this level of service was unconscionable.
