The pharmacist was extremely rude. He shorted my pill count by 22 tablets. He refused to correct. Basically I was told to forget it & go else-ware. I old like the pharmacist on duty to be reviewed & reviews to follow will not to kind. Learn customer service & never be afraid to prove your work. Julia G

Everyone that works here is always pleasant to deal with. I can get my prescriptions here at the pharmacy and I always get a little text telling me when my prescription is ready. I find the location very convenient & parking is always a breeze. They carry a lot of cosmetics & it's a great place to find your favorite lipstick!

I asked Mario in the pharmacy if he can contact the Palm Desert Rite Aid to see if they have any vaccines avaliable. He said he has too many calls ahead of me and it would take him 25 minutes to help me and make that call. Then not even 3 minutes later he helps the customer that came in a few moments later. Helping people goes along way and Mario showed his lack of. Disappointed.

-2 Stars because it Does not have fresh ice cream counter and has very limited selection in the freezer. +3 Stars because it is clean, organized, and has security at night. I was in and out in under 5 minutes due to the register being manned accordingly. Will come back again just not for ice cream.

I asked the pharmacy to aid in transferring my medications on a Monday. I arrive to the pharmacy on Friday to find out they have no medications for me. They claim there were no refills. No courtesy call during the week to let me know. No I have to go without my medication for however long. In person, they can be professional, but otherwise these people do not care about anyone except themselves. It is a paycheck to them.

The pharmacist is a jerk. Very rude and unhelpful. In fact, when I suggested he discuss why I was prescribed a certain medication with my doctor, he hung up on me. Frankly, this was about the only helpful thing he did because it stopped from having to deal with his arrogant and lackadaisical attitude.

Place was buzzing with people and long lines on Memorial weekend. No Absolute on the shelves and it was at a killer sale price. (OH NO!) At the check out Manager discovered our woes and offered to go into the back and open up a fresh case for us so we would be happy. We were happy and later we were happier ; )
