I went there to get a smog test.. it didn't pass, the technician said it would be 160 to do a diagnostic test. I said I would be back.. he reset the the lights on the dash. I drove it for a while, no lights on the dash when I returned. Changed price of diagnostic to 270. Be careful don't get ripped off

Rude, owner walked around talking on the phone instead of responding to clients who were standing around. He refused to charge my AC because he refused to put the truck in neutral instead of park. Rudely told me to get my truck out there and get the transmission fixed before he would charge the AC.

I went to Ramon's for help with my car. He was beyond professional and knew exactly what to do and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I've read a few of these negative reviews and can say unequivocally that there was a problem on the customer side. Please read between the lines off these ugly reviews and go see Mark. You won't regret it.

Came here for a Smog.Here's what I liked about this location: over the phone customer service was polite and impatient , that's key when being a woman who may or may not have a trillion follow up question while making up her mind on if she's going to patronize your business lol.I was in and out within 30 minutes. Price was reasonable and I was able to return to my busy day of shopping .I'll be coming here again whenever I need another smog.

I've gone there for propane the last year because I thought that they were cheaper than the U-Haul across the street. Lately, there have been two occurrences where mistakes were made on the total gallons dispensed and what the attendant wrote on the chit...both in the station's favor. I know that that happens but the lack of eye contact during the fill and seeming unfriendliness makes me wonder. I paid my bill then drove over to U-Haul and they were cheaper

Stopped in to gas up. Didn't know this was an auto repair shop as well until I pulled into the gas pump area. Store is super tiny but cashier/owner was really cool. Got some scratchers as well. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of.

Drove from Indio to Cathedral City because the website said that the smog check station and repairClosed at 10:00 p.m. when I got there the man stated that that's onlyHours for the Chevron gas station so I drove for nothing

I am going to give Mark a 5 star, he had to earn it and he did. My Dodge Durango would not pass smog, it's a 2002 she is quiet old to say the least, but her motor a V8 it still purring, I have low mileage, they don't make cars like they use to, but I still love my Dodge Durango, I feel very safe driving. I don't have car payments, I paid cash back in 2002. I knew I needed a smog check so I took it down the street to Mark and he said it didn't pass smog, I was panicked so I brought it home to decided what to do...For a number of years I was taking it to a auto mechanic in La Quinta, for some reason I was always having to take it back time after time, and I finally got tired of handing over my credit card. So I have since moved to Cathedral City after my husband passed away and sold our home we lived in for years. I decided to take it back to Mark at the Chevron station for him to figure out why it wasn't passing smog, he figured it out, I asked him to fix a couple of other issues I had, so when I went to pick up my truck everything was taken care of, my bill was very reasonable, I finally had faith in Mark and his team they did a fantastic job, Mark's number one priority is safety, he even went back to see that the back tail light was repaired, just to feel secure before I drove off. He fixed my brakes and didn't try to sell me all 4 brakes, he told me that all I needed was pads, he said the ones that I had on there, mind you they were from LA Quinta, Mark said that the pads were cheap, that didn't surprise me in the least. He made my brakes safe, he put on good pads and off I went. I will be forever greatful for the trust I have in Mark...

When in for smog test. Very friendly, they gave some advice before starting the test, to have a better option of passing test and it work. I felt an honest and friendly service. Visit them!!
