This company is not professional. They false advertise. Once they get to your home they tell you if you need a shampoo it's extra. If you need a deep cleaning its extra. I wanted a regular carpet cleaning but was told that does not include any cleaning solution that would be extra. Be sure to ask what all is Intel when you book a appointment. I booked my appointment on line the day of the appointment he tells me since it was a 6 to 8 appointment which they offered on line, would be extra. Watch out be sure to ask all the questions

As a fellow business owner I of course love receiving the 5 STAR REVIEWS..and am equally pleased to leave a business a rave review..it truly is a rarity for me to leave a 1 STAR REVIEW..However in this case Prestige Flooring Center and one of it's Co-Owners have rightfully earned it.I own a small home in Palm Desert and knew the time had come to replace the Carpet in the 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Home.The day of installation..Feb 8th 2023..I stopped by to see how the job was going..upon entering I see that the installer had decided to lean one of the closet doors against an 80" Flat Screen TV REALLY??..with so many choices as to where to locate a closet door that did need to be removed in order to carpet the closet..To lean it against a $3000 delicate TV screen was shocking!..After completing the installation The Closet Door would not close as it had been damaged during the installation (The Door was in perfect working order prior to the carpet installation)..Not being overly concerned about it..(hey stuff happens) I was reasonably confident that Prestige Flooring Center would take care of the repair (Final cost for repair was $39)..When I called in to resolve the matter..the gentleman I spoke with was downright hostile from the start..He insisted that the door was damaged upon their arrival (turns out he couldn't possibly have known that as he never stepped foot into the home)..His anger & hostility reached such an unreasonable level during our conversation..I simply felt my only choice was to hang up.Lastly, I actually had placed an additional carpet order with this company prior to this fiasco..I promptly canceled the order.I am sorry to leave such negative feedback but the experience was so lacking in professionalism and common courtesy I felt my truth and the facts needed to be shared

We used Jeff Jordan and prestige flooring to remodel our home . The quality of the work was phenomenal and they stayed on schedule the entire job of 12 weeks . If you need flooring or a contractor I would DEFiNiTELY call them !

The following review is my opinion of my recent (September 2022) experience with Prestige Flooring Center.1. During the flooring installation the installers damaged my walls. They used leveling compound andtrim paint to try and repair in some areas. Other areas were left damaged. See photos below.2. Instead of putting my furniture in a covered carport ( less than 10 feet away) they stacked it up outside and uncovered from Friday until the following Monday. When I asked them to cover the furniture with a tarp they placed a clear plastic garbage bag on a few pieces. I have bird droppings on a chair that was left outside. See Photo Below.3.While moving the bed in the guest room they damaged the bed and refused to take any responsibility. See photo below4. When I informed them of the issues I was having they refused to take any responsibility for their employees actions.5. My home and furniture were filthy and covered in dust from being outside and then left uncovered while the leveling compound was sanded. They did agree to clean the mess but only after I complained. In my opinion it is not my job to clean up after their employees.In my opinion the owners had no interest in addressing any of my concerns. Their only concern was getting payment.In my opinion I would never under any circumstances use this company again.This review is my opinion of my experience with this company.

From the moment I walked in and Diane began to help me I knew I was in a safe place. I visited often with my samples and they were patient as I learned all I wanted to know about carpet and tile. After I (finally) placed my order, they completed the work in a professional, friendly and organized manner. I had them include new baseboard trim in the whole house at the last minute and I am SO GLAD I did! Everything looks beautiful and I really couldn't have done it without them! I will tell all my friends to support this local and family business. It's small, but you get personal attention and a quality product.

Great family owned business with excellent customer service. We purchased new carpet from them and recently had installation of a remnant; both done by mastercraft individuals. In addition, we had our floor tiles cleaned and excellent work. Can't say enough about this gem in the desert. They are reliable, easy to work with, great products, and skilled personnel. Thank you Diana, Patty, Jeff, and Tyrone!!

Went in to replace bedroom carpeting, and found a number of options. We decided on a line that was resistant to everything. We selected our color at our own leisure, and were set up for installation the next week. We planned the bedroom carpeting installation to happen during a major home renovation, and the Prestige crew was able to work around all of the work and get the job done in the promised timeframe. My son infinitely prefers the soft, thick pile carpet they installed over the bare tile floors we had previously. Highly recommend for carpeting!

Prestige just carpeted our bedrooms. There are lots of choices and we looked a couple other stores. They are friendly and prompt. Diana is a sweetheart. You will know when you meet her. They did a great job, on time , courteous. I recommend without reservation

I had a flood in my kitchen. Prestige got the job. The sub flooring was damaged. Prestige didn’t bother to fix the sub flooring when they put down the laminate I picked out. So when I am in certain areas of my kitchen the floor is not supported and flexes down with my weight, an I am not a heavy weight.Also they put up plastic to keep the work dust from spreading thru my home but when they took it down, they had used tape which took off the paint and that was not repaired as well.All in all they were very mediocre. And expensive.

Great family owned business that stopped and dropped to meet my immediate need right after I was poorly treated by another tile company around the block from them. Within the hour of calling them and stopping into their showroom they researched, priced out, gave me honest pricing options, and got my tile ordered to get it on time to complete my project. I know they were busy when I walked in but they reminded me there are still many business owners out there who have pride of ownership and put the customer first. This is one of them!
