“This review is for their self-service dog wash. I washed my 25-lb dog here today and had a very good experience. They have two washing bays and both were very clean and tidy. I'm not sure how long this business has been here, but all of their supplies and interior looked brand new (nothing was dirty or funky). You are given the shampoo of your choice, ear wash, a rubber scrubby, an apron, towels, and the use of a blow dryer all for $20 which I think is a steal. The people who work here are all very helpful, friendly, and professional. Other pros: an easy parking lot with plenty of nearby spots and the store sells high-quality pet food, treats, toys, etc. for one-stop shopping. Tip: Make an appointment in advance for your self-serve wash. I booked out about three days.”

“Reuben is wonderful. My anxious dog loves going to see him and comes out looking and smelling great. Reuben's customer service is great for us humans also, when he tells us the dog will be ready to go at 1pm, the dog is ready for pickup at 1pm, in over 2yrs I don't think he's ever been late. Make your appointments early though as the word is out and he is busy!”

The brand I buy is normally priced around $13, but was $19.99 here. Another product I buy is Zymox Otic Enzymatic Solution for around $20-25, but here it's priced for $30. No discount for these items using your phone number either.”

“I used to go to Animal Samaritans because I loved Dr. Bousquet. She was always kind to my babies, and I never had any issues. The next thing I know, she is no longer there. Finding Dr. Bousquet took me a few years, but I finally did. She is at Petsmart in PS. I have been taking my animals there - even though I live in Indio and she is in Palm Springs. All my babies are 'special,' meaning they come from the shelter after a terrifying life. They are at ease with the doctor and her staff. I highly recommend it!”

“Cute little shop in downtown Palm Springs and I adore the name! They only take credit cards for payment. So much variety of toys and other accessories that were fun to see. I personally don't have a dog and I wasn't sure what to expect for the price point, but the toys were so clever. There is also a variety of dog treats and cakes, which is fun. I opted for some cookies for my friend's dog and they were ~$6. The bag is sealed and the staff mentioned they could last up to a year in the bag in the fridge. Overall, adorable store!”

“We were visiting from out of town and this particular store seemed smaller and older. Very short staffed with 7 people waiting for one cashier although there were at least 4 other employees on the floor. After about 10 minutes, another cashier showed up. Of course I was the last person in line so the cashier was happy to get the crickets I needed.”
