John Jackson is the best! What a fantastic experience buying my first car in 25 years. I admit, at first I was nervous and distrustful. John put me right at ease. He was personable, knowledgeable, endlessly patient. He’s a great storyteller, calm and supportive. John made me feel comfortable with what started as a scary, high-stress purchase and ended like a dream with a dream car. I can’t recommend John highly enough.

This review is in regards to my experience with the service department.I found the process not efficient and not welcoming when entering the service area. First the person behind a “front desk” is hidden by computer monitors. There is lack of direction in what to do once entering the service area.I experienced a lack of customer service skills from the service agent.When I came to pick up my car (not knowing if it was ready) multiple people waiting for the same agent while other agents were available.

John Jackson provided an elevated experience for me with outstanding customer service. John explained valuable information about my new car and all of the services Subaru provides and all of the options and features on my new vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership without delays and my cleaned and detailed new car was promptly delivered to me at the showroom. An overall great experience!

I’ve had different cars from other dealerships and I can honestly say, Palm Springs Subaru has been THE BEST! Since day one, same amazing service. Everyone goes above and beyond. From the sales team, customer service, and techs. I appreciate everything everyone does here thank you for taking care of me and my car.

In my opinion it took a little to long to change oil and rotate the tires. I know they check a whole lot of areas, but still almost 2 hours. Juan at the front desk was friendly and explained everything to me. The dealership was was clean inside and out. The sales manager was very friendly and helpful as well.

Mr Ed the salesman was the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met i n my life of buying cars. He was not pushy and very respectful. I would recommend him and the whole Subaru staff (finance and customer service) to anyone.

Don Patterson has been a life saver taking care of my mom! We have worked with Don for several years now and again today he made sure her car was ready for the seasonal change. My mom is 90+ years young and I travel once a month to see her every month - however, when I'm not there for her and there is an issue with her car, she goes straight to Don and he has ALWAYS taken care of her no matter what. Don and his team were responsible for locating my moms car when it was stolen during COVID due to being quick on their feet and turning Starlink back on. If it wasn't for him we probably would have never been able to get it back. Thank you Don for all that you do~ Appreciate you always!

Friendly service and no pressure sales people. It was my first time at this Subaru dealer. The one in Las Vegas sold me a car with only one key and 4 years later I still love my car but I still only had one key. Thank you to PSS for ordering and programming my 2nd key for me!

Came for an oil change and Service Advisor Don Patterson helped me.He is informative, kind, thorough, and very professional. I needed a part replaced and he kept in touch with me throughout the week with updates on the part and when I was able to come in. Very happy with his service. I was out in Palm Desert for work, and will gladly give a recommendation of a "10" for anyone in the area.

The service advisor Sarah was awesome as always. Very attentive to my needs, apparently and service were scheduled quickly and work was performed well. She always goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend service here. I drive 2 hours just to have repairs and service done at the palm springs location. I trust Sarah and the staff. They are very honest and accurate with estimates and timely. Thank you for a very positive experience.Scott Wilhite

Our experience here was pleasant from beginning to end. The service staff was very organized, our shuttle drivers were both very pleasant, and while we were enjoying breakfast at Farm, we were able to track our car’s progress online. When it was finished, I reviewed the invoice, paid online and we were returned to our Suby 5/5 Highly Recommend! ☮️❤️?

However, my disappointment took a positive turn when I had the opportunity to speak with Mike, the general sales manager at Palm Springs Subaru. Mike took my concerns seriously and promptly worked to find a solution to my predicament. Thanks to his intervention, the windshield was replaced, and he ensured that the situation was made right.I greatly appreciate Mike's willingness to listen and his commitment to resolving the issue in a fast and easy manner. It's reassuring to know that there are individuals like Mike who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. While my initial experience left me disappointed and frustrated, Mike's intervention has restored my faith in the Palm Springs Subaru Service. It's important to acknowledge when an organization takes steps to address customer concerns and make things right. This updated review reflects the positive resolution provided by Mike and the Palm Springs Subaru team.

Took my Subaru in on Tuesday because the engine light came on. They called later that day saying they didn't have the part here in Cathedral City and it was a available in Ontario and would be here on Wednesday to be installed. Waited all day Wednesday no call no update. Thursday morning 10:10 am I call and find out the car is done. Quite frustrating that I have to call them.

Excellent customer service! Roberto Renderos and the general manager were friendly and helpful throughout the car buying process. We had a bad experience at a different dealer prior to coming here and are thankful that Palm Springs Subaru took great care of us! They didn't pressure us into anything and were very upfront about the price of the car. Highly recommend this dealer!

I've had a GREAT experience at Palm Springs Subaru...multiple times. Around six visits total.I have a 2015 Outback Limited. I LOVE my car. I'm out and about all over the place with it. At 105,000 miles a bearing in the transmission went bad. It was making an awful howling noise. (I did the 60,000 mile CVT fluid service at Subaru in Sherman Oaks. So, I was on top of the maintence.) Well, a new CVT is $8000!!!!!!!! WTF?!?!?!?!? I was soooo bummed...to say the least. I baby this car and am BEYOND up to date on all of my scheduled maintenance items. Not to mention anything else. I only use Subaru OEM. Anyway, I had the car towed to Palm Springs Subaru. Donny in service and Stacey the service manager were amazing! They reached out to Subaru Corporate and got my transmission replaced for free!! I had to pay $1000 for the installation otherwise the CVT came to me at no cost!! Yes I am happy and thankful!! Otherwise I have been to Palm Springs Subaru for other service and maintenance items and have been very happy with every single visit. I am based in Los Angeles and have had less than favorable experiences with Subaru in Sherman Oaks and Subaru in Santa Monica. My mom lives in the desert so I coordinate my trips out there with any service needs at Palm Springs Subaru. I've found their prices to be reasonable. Less expensive than Los Angeles! Anyhoose, thank you for all your help Donny, Stacey and Sara (Sara helped me last trip) :@)
