Real positive experience! Utilized this Subaru dealership for service on my Crosstrek even though I’d purchased elsewhere. Super nice people. Best car buying experience ever! Quick negotiations and A+ customer service. Edwin was awesome! I’m thinking of purchasing another vehicle soon, and I’m starting here. Couldn’t imagine me taking my business anywhere else.
Six months in and I’m still in love with the car. Did the first recommended mait this weekend. Staff was great. Wonderful waiting areas!

I went to Palm Springs Subaru to get my Forester its first oil change. This was the second first oil change that I had to schedule as I had gone to a different dealership 5 days before and they said that they changed the oil and checked the fluids and rotated the tires but they actually had not. I didn’t discover this until I got home. The oil was dirty and the oil filter was dirty and the fluids were low. I was very disappointed and upset. I had had the best experience purchasing the car there and this was just so very disappointing. I called and they said that I could drive back ( a 2 hour drive) and they would fix it but I didn’t trust them anymore. I told them that I would go to the dealership closer to me and they said that they would pay for the oil change if I sent them the invoice afterwards. So I called Palm Springs Subaru and spoke with someone who was very empathetic about what happened and I made an appointment. When I arrived I met with Angel Lopez. He came out to my car and I told him what had happened and he agreed with me that the oil and the filter had not been changed and I asked him to please do everything that a first oil change for a new car required. He said that it would be taken care of. Afterwards he asked me for the email address that I was given from the previous dealership so he could send them the invoice that I had paid. He was very helpful and I felt like I was heard. I told him that I would be coming to Palm Springs Subaru for all of my Forester’s oil changes from now on.

I did not understand when one service advisor asked me if I had an appointment, and then said “I can check you in” and then passed me to my specific service advisor. Not certain why the first one could not finish it but very confusing. The actual service went well and without issue.

After my mom had a wonderful experience with Csaba Nagy at Palm Springs Subaru it was a no brainer to return to Csaba to purchase a Crosstrek for our daughter. Csaba is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and even offered to deliver the car to her in Santa Barbara where she goes to school!! Who does that?!? Thats what I call service.

Thank you Michael, Jacob, Bill, and Athena. Id been shopping at the dealerships on I-10 for a week and no traction. No deals, not even trying to work with buyers.
Skip the I-10 and head to Cathedral City- I wish I had started here first.
Truly a family enviroment. I felt comfortable as a single, woman buyer and left with a great deal on a perfect vehicle for my family.
And - they have a popcorn machine!
Dealership is spotless and so were all the Subarus on their lot.
I even got a few great recommendations for a great steak dinner.
Thank you to everyone here!
