I bought a rack and pinion and power steering pump here, $850, cash. They took my cash. I called them in advance to ask them if I can return my core return charge and get my cash, $170. They said yes. Drove out there, 11am, old Mexican man clerk with glasses flirts with a Mexican mini-skirted lady in Spanish and gets into a long conversation with her while I wait patiently and listen to the long conversation about her life. My turn in line (she leaves). He tells I can't get refund because it was cash a cash order. They don't have any cash, he says. Come back later tonight, we might have cash then, he says in broken Mexican English. Tonight???!!! I just drove 45 miles and called you in advance! Wth. Then, I said let me talk to the manager. He said he's out to lunch for the day because he's doing other store visits. So I said, "Let me buy something in combo with cash refund." He ignored me and said "Next!" to the next customer and pushed my attention out of the way, ignoring me deliberately. I was not irate and calm. He started talking Spanish again to another customer. Last time I checked English was our national language (I"m Hispanic!). So I stood there and called the other two O'Reilly regional stores and they said I could return the product there for cash. So I left and as I walk out the American younger clerk said, here's the manager now. Explain the situation to the manager and the manager quickly gave me the cash. This old man with the glasses needs to learn that we are not in Tijuana and he should treat people with respect and offer solutions. A distinctly got the impression he was spiteful against white people and Americans like me!!!!!! The way he was fast talking people and literally pushed me out of the way was something I have seen in TJ when you don't agreed to buy something at their trinket stores. I've been around the block I'm perspicacious, educated, and I know this is what happened.

I drove a bit out of the way to buy here, since it's a smaller company. I found my windshield wipers, and a few other things, quickly. Then, I stood in line. And stood. It's a one line, multiple service spots. But, after standing there 15 minutes, people that just walked in stood near a register and poof, they got service. Since nobody ever acknowledged I was there and I had been standing, with my arms full of items, I did myself a favor and left. The two people behind me might have better luck. The store is great, laid out well. Prices the save as anyplace else. Service - wise then bad, it's non-existent.

One of the best auto part stores in Palm Springs area went there Luis gave me the time was patient he helped me out with smile, went to other auto part stores non of them helped me out nor gave me the time to look for the part that I needed, Luis at O’Reilly was super helpful and friendly, Thank you Luis.

Went for brake lights for my 2015 Ford Focus after 830am on my way to work. They were busy but CHRISTIAN C was soooo very helpful to me and I was on my way to work in 30 min. Thank you O' Reillys and CHRISTIAN C! Only place I go for car care needs.

Jessica helped me so much. She tested my battery and found out it was dead . She installed a new one for me and then when I told her I needed new windshield wipers she asked me if I needed help putting them on! Which I did because I know nothing about cars. She was so sweet and helpful and delivered great service!
