VERY unprofessional and unpleasant to do business with. Karla (owner) delivers vehicles with incomplete work. She always "seems " to be too busy and reserves little time to talk to clients especially when it come time to collect money for work she claims to be done. She pretty much throws a fit when she is called out on promises not kept and refuses to talk. Please be cautious of doing business here. VeryUnprofessional !!!!

I got my car detailed here on March 31,21. After which I drove back noticed my break light was pulled out and broken which was not like that when I brought my car in. Next day I turn on my AC and its rattling. I bring the car back looking for answers and the owner Carla says she has no idea and there's nothing she can do. I assured her I just want my car to be back to normal and she blamed me and walked away.She brought out the mechanic next door who tried to help and replaced the bulb for me and told me to fix the rattling would cost me $50! I assured the owner I just want my car back to normal she said "take me to court" and walked away. Not sure if she is having a rough day as she was extremely busy but I cannot believe a business owner can be that rude and inconsiderate to a customer.I tried talking to her again and she said wait a minute went into the office and never came out. I called the business number and she has blocked my phone call! I am shocked at my experience at this site and I urge others to be cautious.

For only they hand washed my Jeep since I had the top off, cleaned the inside really well and shined my tires and wheels all under 35 minutes. Great service. Nice indoor and outdoor waiting area. I'll be back for sure.

Hard to find and...whatever they used to condition the leather smelled like motor oil for weeks afterwards. (Also, my car has vegan leather, so, the toxic waste was the wrong product in the first place)Good wash and vacuum tho.

They were to completely remove heavy water stains and calcium deposits from both the paint and chromed surfaces. I'd recommend them for any auto detail needs.

Highly recommend. Moguel’s did a full exterior and interior detail on my truck for a very fair price. They went above and beyond in helping to eliminate whirl marks on my paint and my truck looks like it did brand new off the lot.

These guys are amazing. I found a long key mark on my car today and they took me in within 20 minutes. They even dropped me off at Sherman's so I could have lunch and pickedme up again. the repair was flawless and you would never know that I had a key mark on the side of my car. This all took.30 minutes. I would definitely recommend coming back here. Very friendly.

Had a GREAT experience with Moguel Auto Detail. They did an absolutely AMAZING job on my niece Honda Accord. Washed, waxed, tire dressed, vacuumed, motor detail, shampooed seats, carpet all of it and it looks AWESOME !!!!! Super nice guys, very polite. I've never been to a car wash that treats their customers so well. 100% .I would definitely take my car back to them again in future, and HIGHLY recommend it to anybody in the Palm Springs area .Thanks Moguel and Israel.
