Thank you guys for helping us out so much. Brandy made us feel like family. She's a great soul. She helped us out in every way possible. They were giving us a hard time to get my pin from my old carrier. She was so patient and was on the phone with everyone. I didn't have to do anything. I truly appreciate people like her. I have recently went into this location to pay my phone bill and I was appalled by the lack of customer service and how The inconveniently screwed up my bill and cause me to have to pay more than what I'm supposed to and how the managers in the company failed to resolve the issue and continue to allege that it is not their problem therefore I am stuck with the situation horrible place of business I would not recommend anyone to go in there staff in store are very unprofessional

Ok so let me start by that I too am in customer service and was on my 30min break and and already having one of those days. From the start Ceasar was awesome went above and beyond, got me a great deal with a free phone. I highly recommend. Took a Lil longer than my 30 hehe... but was so worth the wait. Thank you Ceasars n staff. Patience is a virtue
