I always take a very long time making the best decision when I am buying any higher ticket item. Ken never made me feel like I was wasting his time or taking too long to decide. I was in there a LOT before I decided on a Temperpedic. They delivered the mattress in a very timely fashion. I slept on it for almost the entire trial period and decided that Temperpedic was not for me. I had absolutely no hassle in doing an exchange for the Stearns and Foster mattress I now have. The old mattress was exchanged for the new the very next day. I had a little problem with the adjustable bed frame that I bought also, but Ken helped me contact Temperpedic regarding that and they sent a technician right out. All fixed. I can tell you that I was extremely happy doing business with this company. They are local to boot. I have since bought a second mattress from Ken at The Mattress Showroom in Cathedral City.
