Bobby and the girls at Liberty tax are wonderful! So professional! So informative! Bobby (the gentleman that runs that particular Liberty tax in cathedral City) coached me throughout the year on how to best make my quarterly tax payments, what deductions I could make for my personal business and so many other things. I could simply call him up throughout the year, ask him a question about my taxes about what I could deduct etc, and he was always there always making me feel like I was his only client. And I know that I am not. My many thanks to this great run organization, I am getting a refund this year and it is the best refund that I have ever had in my 42 years on this earth. Thanks so much and God bless!

Had a 4:30 appointment for our taxes, the lady at the desk told us to stand up and start signing the paperwork, I asked if I could go over the forms, she stated I my 1000 more than last year. She stated please sign the paperwork. Then she asked for my wife to start signing the paperwork, at no were we offered to sit down, my wife has a very bad back. There was no on else in the office, we have been going to this office for years always had a sit down and and went over the paperwork. Bobby we will not be going back to your office. So sorry we enjoyed our time with you. So it's good bye.

Google says 'liberty tax' is open from 9am-9pm, mon-friday, it's Monday, ITS closed, I have been outside waiting 4 hrs. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , I wasted my time & money, I WILL NEVER REFFER ANYONE OR COME HERE AGAIN. ?
