100% grade A service! They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I was having a horrible time trying to figure out a problem I was having with my car and when I brought it to them they figured it out and had it finished for me within 2 days! Absolutely one of the best mechanics in the valley. Foreign or domestic he can handle it. I was referred to him by my brother whom Jun has worked on his BMW and Toyota for over twenty years. When I took my Avalon in to him for excessive loud noises when he immediately found the issue (front wheel bearings) and the work was exceptional. I drove away happy and relieved and I have found the honest mechanic I've been looking for...without hesitation I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUN-TEK AUTOMOTIVE FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS. Thanks Jun

I was in Palm Springs for a high school basketball tournament with my wife and kids. Drove down from the SF Bay Area, after we arrived, while leaving the tournament on night one, I started my Audi and immediately the dash board lit up stating my transmission failed…car went into limp mode and we were stuck. Called for a tow and had the car towed to our hotel. The next morning I called a shop recommended to me by a family member in the area, the mechanic said he was buried and couldn’t take on any more vehicles, asked him for someone as I’m from outta town and in a very tough spot. He said Juntek could help me out. I called them up and explained the situation, they said bring it in, called AAA to have them tow it to Juntek, arrived at the shop about an hour later. Told them what was going on and they said we will figure it out and call you back when we know what’s going on. Went out to lunch and got a call about 2 hours after drop off, bracing for a huge repair bill, he simply said, you can come get your car, there’s nothing wrong with it. He said the codes went away and it was probably an error. He charged me $100 for the diagnostics, and I haven’t had a single problem since…thank you Juntek, you saved our trip! BTW- Our team took 2nd place and my son was selected for the All-Tournament team, in case you were wondering!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My wife and I drive down to Palm Springs in my Audi s5. After we arrived and relaxed, we were heading to dinner and the car said there was problems with the transmission, tire pressure, engine, all the things you don't want to see...had the car towed to the hotel and tried to find a mechanic. Called Jun-Tek when I woke up and explained my situation, told me to bring it in. I had it towed again to his shop and dropped it off. Fully expected to have. $3k-$5k bill. He called me back a couple of hours later and said there was nothing wrong and he ran through some of the things that may have cause the faulty codes...he said he would charge me for the diagnostics only and I was on my way. Truly the epitome of what you want in a mechanic, honest, fair and thorough.

Truly wonderful business. Jun is an awesome person, honest, trustworthy, friendly, efficient, fair. We take our Volvo to Jun-Tek and know we are going to get great service. And we know that we can trust him to provide a fair estimate and to do great work. He even made time in the middle of a busy day to take a quick look at an oil leak I was experiencing and fixed it in minutes (while I played with the awesome boxer dog, Othello, at the front of the shop. Thank you Jun! We appreciate your work and your shop.
