Stan Sterling was awesome!My husband and I came in for a walk-in oil change.He was quick to ask if we had been helped yet.Not only did he take care of us with kind customer service, he also showed us what Jessup has to offer in their services.Definitely asking for his help the next time we go in for a service; with an appointment with him.

Service advisor Melissa always helpful from start to finish. Thanks to the team at jessup visits are usually under an hour. They provide drinks at waiting lobby or escort you to your next destination.Services: Tires

I wasn't impressed with the shop this time. One of the mechanics lost the brake fluid reservoir cap but I was told "it was missing and we can't find a new one". The service guy handling my car told me he would put a glove and rubber band on to keep the new fluid clean. As they tried to find a new cap, it made me late to an appointment. They delivered my car two hours later but left my plant inside the car in the hot Palm Springs sun when they brought my keys to me. The plant fried and died before I got to my car. I also discovered that my tires had not been rotated nor properly inflated as was part of the services I paid for.The service guy tried his best to make things right AFTER I was already 10 hrs away from PS. I stopped at another Chev dealership and they were able to find my fluid cap that had fallen down inside the engine compartment. They rotated the tires and aired them up to the proper pressure, free of charge.

i bought a new escalade in 2021. i had a tire side wall cut on the 10 freeway heading back to OC in dec 2021. the tire pressure leaked dramatically on the way home and i had to stop 4x to fill tire with air to make it to OC. the next day, saturday, i called the dealership and they said to file a warranty claim. i had already gone to a tire store early that day to pay for a new tire as the tire was 90% flat. the warranty company said i needed prior approval to cover the cost of the tire i purchased. i can called jessup and talked with art ilano who sold me the tire and rim warranty. he said he would get it resolved. he admitted jessup and the warranty company didn't follow proper procedures to cover my loss. it's been 4 months since i purchased a new tire that was actually covered by Cadillac as well as the warranty company, AND STILL NO CHECK. don't trust jessup cadillac , art ilano and DON'T BUT A TIRE AND RIM WARRANTY. TOTALLY WORTHLESS IF IT COMES FROM JESSUP.

Usually great. Not so much today. When I picked up my car, my eyeglasses were under break pedal, my floor mat was all crinkled to one side and they were supposed to give me a part they replaced. The guy pulled up, jumped out of my car and ran off. No, thank you, have a nice day or anything at all. Not very happy with the customer service.

Not too many real professionals out there lately it seems. After Covid, businesses seemed to have taken a few steps back. Jessup isn't one of them. My first time here and it seems they hit the ground running everyday!!! My service advisor Jorge rates a solid 5 stars for his professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and effectiveness. In fact I was very impressed with the service dept as a whole. I'm very pleased and my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 is running great now!!!

I was in from out of state. I had a programming issue after swapping out my ECM on my own, I was guaranteed if I showed up at 8 a.m. they would get me in and out. Promise fulfilled! Thanks

I brought my 2007 VW GTI to Jessup for A/C service. Dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready for pick up on Thursday. Everything went well until pick up. I paid for the repairs at 1:13 pm and was told my car would be brought around. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked one of the service clerks what was happening with my car. At that time I was told it will be up soon. After 30 more minutes I asked again. At that time one of the service clerks went to check on my car. At that time, 2:15 pm, my car was brought up front. I was told that another car was in the way. For 1 hour? Why didn’t someone tell me what was going on? I’m a very patient person, but over an hour waiting for my car to be brought up front is ridiculous.Service: Air conditioning

Extremely unhappy with Jessup diagnostic. $190, then once your auto gets that diagnostic and you don't want Jessup to repair it. Jessup charges you another $190 because you didn't use their services. Never again Jessup!

Do NOT come here! They are a SCAM! I bought my Cadillac CT6v from another Cadillac dealership since the one they had here at jessup had to be jump started just for me to test drive it then had the engine light on the whole time! When we got back the salesman was still trying to charge me full price! This car can't even go home with me since it has engine light on! He was telling me I won't find another one, well I did the same day in Orange County so I bought from them. Jessup is closer to my home so I decided to go to them for service, BIG MISTAKE! Everytime I would go in for an oil change they try to get me to buy new brakes and rooters! That's a minimum of 4g! I fell for that once & paid, but the second time I said no just change oil and guess what my brakes are just fine still and it's been months! Back in November 2021 I went in for service, they told me if they can keep the car because they won't have my part for about a week, I asked the guy if a rental car was covered he said yeah, he gave me the paperwork to get a Rental car from the hertz they work with. He said we will start it off with a week and I'll extend it if I need to. By week two of having the rental I got a voicemail from hertz corp saying they are going to start a criminal case against me if I don't return car! So I called the service guy I worked with ,he didn't extend the contract so he apologized and fixed it so I called hertz to make sure they said I was good. It took jessup a month to give me my car back so once I got that call I dropped off rental and got my car back. Well fast forward to March I get a letter from hertz saying I owe $1600! For that rental car that was suppose to be covered by jessup since that's what they worker told me! So I call hertz they said well sometimes the dealerships forget to pay their bill so I called jessup to let them know what's going on. The manager was so rude saying they would never do that for customers that I got the rental car so it's my issue! Maybe don't have your employees promising things to customers then! I have multiple cars so Why would I pay for a rental car! I was told it was covered so I was like okay perfect put miles on a rental rather than my own cars, especially if it's free! I ended up having to pay that $1600 since jessup didn't want to do anything and I don't want my credit dinged! Mind you the same month this hertz thing popped up I already dropped my car off with them again, so during this situation they had my vehicle! I thought it would be easier to book online since they never answer their phones! My car was making a knocking noise I knew it sounded serious so I put on the comments what I was bringing it in for. I drop my car off the guy calls me next day saying my car is done. I said what was the problem ? He said what do you mean we did an oil change. I was so mad because I just got an oil change the week before! They service guy was rude told well the oil change is $120! Your car is ready then hung up! A manager calls me back and I start explaining to him saying I only brought it in for this knocking noise which I know isn't good! He said his guys didn't hear anything but he's going to check For himself, sure enough he heard the knocking! So the workers didn't even try to do their job! Jessup had my car for a month! My expensive car for a whole month! Never did they call me to update me on anything! Never did they answer their phones or return my calls to see what's going on with my car! Only phone call I got was a month later saying it's ready for pick up and I had to ask what was wrong with it! It was the drive shaft! That is something serious! I have kids that are constantly in the car! And they were just going to send me off with an oil change I didn't even need! If you have a family definitely do not go here, they don't care about a families safety! They just want quick fixes and money! If I could give 0 I would! I also talked to an employee that quit there, t
