I purchased a new truck here last year and the process was painless. Dave Anderson was my salesperson, he is honest, friendly and has integrity. When I take my vehicle in for service I use Sean Tisdale as my advisor, he always gets me and out as he knows my busy schedule.

After a horrible experience at Raceway Ford in Riverside where I was treated like garbage, I found working with Jessup Motors very refreshing. I was treated with respect and the entire buying experience was smooth and fast. What's funny is I had gone to Raceway Ford in Riverside to look at a Ford Shelby GT500, a Ford dealership selling a high end and sought after Ford product, where the salesman and sales manager were both rude and short with me and acted like I was wasting their time, after pointing out several paint flaws on the over $80k car. So via a web search I find the same Ford product at a GM dealer in much better condition on December 15th for just a little more money. Jessups sales manager took the time to reduce the price for me over the phone after hearing my experience at Raceway Ford and guaranteed that their car was in nearly perfect condition. I arrived at Jessup and was greeted by the sales manager and I was taken care of by salesman Ramiro who were both professional and caring in their duties. The deal was upfront, no haggling and pressure free. I would highly recommend Jessup even if you need to drive farther to get there, to me it was well worth the extra miles. Here's the GT 500 I purchased from Jessup Motors, money and customer lost forever Raceway Ford.

I've owned a lot of cars and had to deal with many dealerships and salesmen.I have to say how refreshing it was dealing with this dealership and especially my salesperson, Ramiro Magana.Ramiro proved to be not only "impressive" with his knowledge and patience but also displayed an incredible amount of integrity and honesty. Very rare when buying a car.So, if you're in the market for a new car, go see Ramiro at Jessup. You'll be delighted you did

MR. DAN JESSUP,Your sales manager James scheduled an appointment for you and I to speak on how your dealership and dishonest staff has handled my purchase! Where are you and why doesn't James answer my calls or text. Here's a list of everyone that has my phone number, ask for it and let's talk. Braoli Buick manager, Art in finance, Genaro salesman, Ali sales manager, and Gina Receptionist. Here's my story.Went in on Oct. 2 2023 to trade in my 2021 sierra 3.0 Diesel. I worked with Genaro sales guy and told him I was looking for either another V6 3.0 diesel or a V8 5.3 gasoline. We found a truck that I was interested in and asked Genaro the engine size and he answered V8 5.3The truck did not have a window stick with M.S.R.P. or any details about it. Instead it had a blank sticker, (I'll leave the picture and the bottom) The window sticker also referred as the "Monroney Label" is according to my Google search required by federal law on all new vehicles! Genaro assured my it was a V8 5.3 and I trusted him.We go sit and run my credit and was told that I only qualified for a 11.5% rate. The guy Art in finance said he can lower it to 10.5% if I purchase the maintenance package, this would only bring my monthly payment up 2 dollars ($1210 monthly) so I took it and trusted Art.3 days later I pull up to my friends shop and he pops the hood and we see a 4 cylinder engine in my new truck. I was mad, called Genaro and after stuttering for 2 minutes his answer was " well we saw a lot of truck"I was told to speak with James the sales manager. He heard my problem and said he would look in to it.2 weeks passed and no call, I left 4 voice messages. I then requested to speak with Dan Jessup. Braoli the Buick manager got involved and apologized told me that he would give Ali the other chevrolet manager my phone number and he would call me that day, no call. Then James calls me to offer me a deal. He said they want to make this right. I'll post his offer from his text at the bottom of this review. Basically wanted to take my 57,000 truck offer me $48000 for it, which puts me upside $9000. Take those $9000 and add them to any truck on the lot that I wanted. A slap in the face!!He would take my 10.5% and ask gm financial to lower the rate to 7.1%. Well, the next morning I applied at Navy Federal Credit Union, just to see what they would offer on a refinance and they came back with 6.79% and said it would have been 5.24% if it was a "new" purchase and not refinanced. I read online that dealership like to offer higher interest rates and paid by there finance companies, Google it. (But I trusted these guys) I will post a picture of the 6.79% offered by Navy Fed. Oh and Art in finance added a $550 windshield protection. I called him back to cancel it !! He didn't want to do it and later because of all this someone "approved it" I also canceled the extended warranty, vehicle maintenance and gap insurance because I'm trying to sell this truck, it not what I wanted and now I'll take a big loss. A $9000 loss!!!Dan Jessup you need to change your slogan and add since 1938 a family you CAN'T trust !!! I'm new to this area about 2 years and have met some really good people and am making new friends. My family and friends will here my story and I will share my experience here and in as many platforms that I can. Please give me a thumbs up if this was helpful. Now I'll post the pictures. Take care and good luck. Frank

First, I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere to strike ANY deal for a car.Next, this is not liable or slander - it's fact and Dan Jessup knows this.Lastly, I am HIGHLY offended that he advertises that he and his family are Veterans and do right by the community when, in fact, he does not. They are liars, and I have written documentation for anyone that would like to call me out. Oh, and I AM a Veteran. :)The Event: I made a deal with Jessup for a new car - coming out next year in 2024 (or even 2025 - nothing is for sure). Jessup guaranteed my friends their new cars and put them on a waiting list (Corvette C8), so Jessup is absolutely familiar with how the sign-up sheet works. So I went in and made a deal for my car and gave them $5000. Jessup guaranteed me the first model (of the car that I wanted) IF they got an allotment for it. In other words, they only guaranteed me the first car IF they could order it. If they could not order it, then our deal was off and my money to be returned - with no interest. This was perfectly acceptable to me. THEN, they Finance Manager or Sales Manager let me know that Dan Jessup wanted more money down because the car was going to be relatively expensive, so I had no problem with that because I had made the overature that I would pay more along the way so that my down payment was substantial, thus, I gave them $15,000 MORE money - $20,000 down payment total. Then, almost at least years' Veterans Day (2022), Dan sent me an email basically saying that he's giving me my total deposit back (which they did) and said that IF the car came in, he would be taking the best offer for it. (!) Now remember, I was guaranteed the very first one they got, IF they got it. And it was to be at MSRP (I have this in writing, too). Dan didn't care, as he wanted to bid the car up more than $50k or so and was willing to shit on me in order to make a larger profit. He also claimed that there was no discussion of my car being at MSRP, but again, I have it in writing. So later, I got a check for $20,000, they told me that my deal with them wasn't legal because there was no VIN number on anything in writing, and to go pound sand... they were going to charge in excess of MSRP and kicked me to the curb in the name of a larger payout.I know lots of dealers (Kerbeck, for instance) that take deposits for cars that are not yet announced, and they give people a 'number' that represents their position in a line up for the car, and they do this everyday. But Jessup?? They're dishonest, I have it all in writing, and I suggest that you buy from another dealership that is transparent and ethical; this dealership is not.DO NOT BUY FROM JESSUP - YOU ARE FEEDING A GREEDY FAMILY THAT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NOTHING ABOUT HONOR - NO MATTER WHAT VETERAN ADVERTISEMENT THEY SPEW. THIS IS A DEALERSHIP TO AVOID.

While we initially struggled in the beginning, Ruben went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience. He is perhaps one of the sweetest dudes out there. I recommend this body shop because on the off chance that they don't get it right the first time, they will definitely make it right on the flip.Services: Painting

Words you don't associate with a car salesperson. He made the entire process painless and I highly recommend Carlos if you are looking for any GM car! He's number one!

These people are thieves My friend brought her Cadillac in with a check engine light on they gave her an estimate of 4800 dollars to replace things that were done less than a year ago by a wonderful mechanic and so she took the car to AutoZone they scanned it and all she needed was a gas Cap. I took my friends Chevy volt in for a non working tail light and was charged 160 dollars for them to tell me it needed a whole new wiring harness for 1300 dollars the next day I unplugged the light and plugged it back in and it works perfectly. These people are scammers and thieves. Most dealerships are expensive but this one goes without saying the most unscrupulous scum I have ever come across. Please don't get scammed especially single women.

Stan, the service advisor, did a great job. He quoted me a brake job and wheel alignment at the lowest bid I received, kept me informed of progress, and delivered my truck when promised. Thanks, Stan!

Bought a new truck. 2023 2500 hd, low balled my in my trade in. Tried to upsell a "desert protection package" for 2995.00. All it was was 4 pieces of plastic on the door edges and wax on the paint. Maybe 200 dollars worth of stuff. If it was that expensive why sis they let me drive off with out paying for it?. Also raised the price by 500 bucks of the advertised price to make up for them giving me "more" for my trade in. Shady Tactic's that if you don't know about they will take you over the coals.

I recently took my car for a quote to another place and they strung me along for two-weeks. I was constantly calling them, they never contacted me. I then took my vehicle to Jessup and from the moment I took my car in I was greeted by Daniel and he heard my concerns. Before the day ended, he contacted me and explained what the problem was in detail as well as the repair cost. Throughout the week Daniel kept me informed on the status of the part because it was on back order. He informed me when the part arrived and it only took a couple of days to repair my vehicle. Again, he kept me in informed throughout the entire process. Thank you Daniel Mejia, Ron, and Jessup for your attention to detail and your exemplary customer service.

The service department is horrible. I gave them a second chance after having a terrible experience 3 years earlier. Their business model is to assign a "service adviser " to your car. ONLY the service advisor can give you information on the status of the car. I called 7 times trying to get information on my car. They had it 3 days. Finally had to go in to find out my car still wasn't done. At that point it only needed a balance. Really- after 3 days. If you need anything that has to be done at a Chevrolet dealerships, I highly recommend going to LaQuinta Chevrolet. If you you live in Palm Springs it is worth the drive to not have to deal with Jessup. laquintachevrolet.com

My usual service rep Jorge is out currently so I was nervous about getting a new service rep, and when I first met Melissa Miller, she was nothing but friendly from the very beginning, she was thorough and knowledgeable. Glad she's there
