Very great service the woman at the counter is a sweetheart and makes you feel welcome. Great deals and I totally recommend them. Can't thank them enough after I had a horrible experience with Avis in palm springs. So thank you for an awesome suv for a great price

DO NOT RENT HERE
I rented a car here through Priceline. They committed outright fraud.
On Priceline they offer “Suppliers Choice”, supplier chooses the CAR and even has a picture depicting cars. NOT BOX TRUCKS.
I called prior to picking up and was told they were going to give me a Kia Niero.
When I arrived they said we don’t have any Kia Nieros. Then they said your a Manager’s Special and that a box truck, but you can upgrade to a car for an additional $85 or $90.
Why should I have to upgrade to get what I already reserved and paid for?
Suppliers Choice or Manager’s Special are fraudulent bait and switch schemes.
I was renting a car and they knew that. If a box truck or some other type of a vehicle other than a car was being offered, it should have included those and not said “supplier chooses car” and should have included a photo of non-car options.

I stopped by to rent a vehicle for 6 weeks. I chose which vehicle I wanted, and left to drop off my current car rental at the airport. As you all know, renting a vehicle off the airport premises can save you a pretty penny especially when renting for a long duration. Initially, the lady working at the front desk was a very nice. She told me go and drop off your current vehicle and by the time you get back, your car will be ready (because she needed to send it for a car wash). I came back by taxi, and the manager was waiting for me and said, since your Canadian, I need to see your passport. I said fine, but why didnt you say anything before when I had a vehicle. Now I'm stuck here. In addition, I have been renting vehicles for 30 years, I have never been asked for my passport as a Canadian. Anyhow, I had to call a cab again to take me home. Ended up paying nearly $50 worth of cab rides. What puzzled me the most is that the manager did not seem to be eager at to want my business. Here I am, a person who wants to rent a vehicle for 6 weeks from your location, and all you can do is be rude and not even ask for my phone number and ask me if I still wanted to rent? I went straight to Enterprise who were absolutely super in service. From a person who has rented hundreds of vehicles over the past 30 years, avoid this location at all cost, unless it gets a new manager.

Chevy Bolt for Uber rentals don’t exist at this location. Lady was rude and kept making faces while stating “i guess i can start the process for you…” it’s as if this lady clocked in to not want to work.

This place is the worst to rent. Costumer service suck have me there for hours with no response half a day a spend on there lobby just to get charge more money that I have already pay 400 dollar this place don't care about the costumer

In January, we rented a Hertz car for 1 day through Jessup GMC courtesy rental partnership with this Hertz location. We picked it up at Hertz then dropped the car off at GMC, clean and fueled up, where they logged it as returned within the 24-hour rental period. However, when we got our credit card statement, Hertz charged us for 2 days. In February, we called an associate there who said she'd reverse the extra charge, wait a week or two to post, blah blah blah. Well, new credit card statement and there is STILL NO CREDIT for the overcharges. I'm not sure what we'll do now, but I do not feel comfortable doing business with this location even if Jessup still uses them. I think we'll rent separately elsewhere.

Hertz car rental has been really good to me they’re fast efficient their cars are great they’re near all the autobody shops lol and they answer their phone personally I think they’re great. My insurance company recommended them so that’s what I use

First, when we received the car, it was $100+ more than quoted. The woman next to us went with Managers choice and they gave her a box truck. She had to drive to LA so of course she had to upgrade. Shady.

We had to rent a Tesla since our EV was in the shop. The agent, I need her name was Israel. No matter. She was an examplary employee. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

This place always overcharges and acts like there's nothing they can do for you. I've rented from them 3 times and they never have the car I asked for. One of the Nissan Altimas even had a dead animal in it, I had to get the car swapped out at a different hertz. I rented a tesla and it was dirty inside and out.

Today, returning my car, I was third in line, so I sat and observed. Everyone treated with respect and kindness.Then my turn, I expressed a concern, it was resolved immediately.I'm a Hertz PC member and have rented around the world; this location and their kindness approaches the top of what l've seen!Bravo and thank you!

Inconsistent communication and information regarding rental process and pricing. One Hertz team member here said you have to make your reservation Online, and a different Hertz team member for this same location said make the reservation with us in order for us to control and be able to change the reservation. The Hertz Chat is the slowest tech mechanism you will experience with a propensity to waste significant time. On one of my rentals, Hertz charged 2 separate or double authorizations on my credit card, and yes I have the available credit for this, however it's not how the process is suppose to work at the beginning of a rental. On the plus side, the vehicle rentals are clean and work well to serve the purpose. Last the rates have been increasing during the last 90 days. For example a Malibu or Large Sedan could be rented for around $67 per day, and now it ranges somewhere between $148-$153 per day. I cannot recommend Hertz.
