Great stock. Except they discontinued screw down backing pads for angle grinders in favor of the velcro ones. The one thing about harbor freight is there's never any service when you're trying to find something. Rarely do you see people walking the floors to help customers. And when you do the kind of ignore you and walk right by you because they're occupied with something else. Don't get me wrong I buy tons of stuff there. But at least a lot of time trying to find stuff.

The store has great quality tools and equipment and the store is kept nice and clean but your staff lacks knowledge and customer service. When an employee is more concerned about stocking than helping a customer is sad and terrible. They care more about the store than the customer. That's not good service.

I have purchased many tools from harbor freight, the only tool i wouldn't recommend is all of the battery powered tools, just spend the extra and get Makita Brand, the rest of the tools are pretty good, I wouldn't waste my money on the extended warranty, if it last 30 days you're good to go. The staff which are few and far in-between are very friendly and helpful when you can get one to help you, they also help me with the heavy items which is great, overall The cathedral City store is clean, well organized with a friendly helpful staff, when you can get one to help you.

If buying a generator don't waste time or money for warranty they won't honor it even if you pay for the warranty the people know that they have the worst record and yet won't allow the customer tr8e compensation as they have a high turnover tatr

Very nice staff. They have a fairly good selection. The sales are great. Recently I got a weed whacker for free when I bought the battery and charger. I saved $ 69.00 plus tax!
