This 5 star applies to Ruby as she has helped me since I obtained insurance with Fred Loya always respectful and patient, she helped me and Is very customer service oriented, sadly I tried getting help from two rude individuals yesterday evening who gave me the worst service, and their attitudes are unacceptable, I am so disappointed as up until yesterday I was so happy with my insurance and have recommended friends and family but yesterday just left me with a sour taste, I hope these people can be trained properly to deal with the public

By far one of the worst insurance companies! I don't even know where to even begin. I filled a claim 2 weeks go. I received a call the same day I filled the claim . After the rep took all my information he mentioned that "my claims adjuster " would give me a call to go over details on what I should do next. 2 days later another rep called me and asked me if I had already taken my car into their office so they can take pictures for the adjuster I said no, not yet, the 1st rep told me to wait on the call from my adjuster. The following day another rep called me and asked me if I had taken my car in and I said no they told me to wait on my adjuster she then proceed to tell me go ahead and take the car either way and still wait for your adjuster to call you . I took my car into their office so they can take pictures once I arrived the rep at the office told me " I cant take pictures of your car , your adjuster has to call and scheduled an appointment for us to do that" . The next day I finally received a call from my "adjuster" and she then said" I still haven't received any pictures to attach to your claim" I then told her I took my car in to the office as told by the last rep who called me and I explained to her (adjuster) what they had told me at the office.The "adjuster " then proceed to tell me oh well you need to take the pictures yourself and send them to me. I did as told. Fast forward to Friday 3/29/24. I received a call from the claims department letting me know that my car was repairable and that I could start looking for a autobody shop to take it to. I was already looking for a shop. Monday 04/01/24 came around and I received another call from the claims department letting me know that my car was deemed as "Total loss" because the damages on my car were "high" . Not once did anybody come and look at my car and now today they told me my car is uninsured and marked as total loss.If I can give this insurance company 0 starts I would !

Best insurance rates around. I have been a customer for over 3 years and never had a problem with them. Letty is the best insurance agent and overall great customer service from most of the employees. I definitely recommend to friends and family.

Poor poor customer service male customer service representative was helping me out stops out of no where to help someone else on the phone. I had a busy day and stressful I just came for simple proof of insurance and for 10 mins I get ignored I simple tell my mother I’m stressing because he’s ignoring me now I have to call out of one of my jobs once I was off the phone he said he was not going to help me and I was being rude. He’s was very unprofessional. I know I’m not the main person on the policy but if you help and then ignore me for a customer over the phone without an explanation. Poor customer service.

Having financial hardships, just got off the phone with a representative who completely disregarded my needs. I will go with another insurance carrier after 5 plus years of being a loyal customer. Thank you Luis for your lack of empathy, understanding and most off all lack of service.
