Excellent service. This is the first time I have been here. Came in today to have some watches sized. They were quick and courteous. I did see they have a beautiful selection of men’s watches. I think I will have to come back and buy myself a Christmas present. ?

Store opened after their listed opening time and then told me they could not change a watch battery. They were nice about it and suggested another store but still annoying.

I have bought two pieces of gold jewelry for my girlfriend at this place. First time I came in I ask what I wanted and needed, that was a gold pendent cross, Don Roberto Jewelers came to me with such a family welcoming and great professionalism when I asked for help. The women here are fantastic. Every time I walk in they greet me with warm smiles and a great attitude. They go beyond by often offering a drink, which is very much appreciated here in our desert oasis. The jewelry is beautiful and it's a great place to get started on your credit. They work with you and explain every detail of the your transactions. Been a member since 2014 and i don't see an end in sight.
