I recently visited Discount Tire & Service Centers in Cathedral City and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service and commitment to my safety. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, listening attentively to my concerns and providing honest recommendations without pressure. Their professionalism exceeded my expectations as they conducted a thorough inspection, explaining everything in detail and ensuring I understood my vehicle's needs. They genuinely cared about my safety, going above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in top condition before returning it to me. I wasn’t charged any unnecessary fees and I left feeling extremely satisfied with their service and confident and secure with my vehicle.

Justin at Discount tire is the guy to go to. Was rushing to get to his shop before they closed. Got there in the nick of time. Took care of me, got me a new tire quick and I was on my way. Any tire needs go see Justin at discount tires in Cathedral City

I recently experienced truly exceptional customer service and it happened on a holiday! (4th of July) The team at Discount Tire & Service Center went above and beyond to ensure my needs were not just met, but exceeded.
We were heading to Palm Springs from out of town and had a tire blowout on the freeway. Luckily Discount Tires had our tire size in stock. They were one of the few tire shops that was open on a holiday. Justin assured us on the phone that they would remain open until we can make it to the shop safely since we were driving on the spare donut which was a relief considering the urgency of my situation.
Overall, my experience at Discount Tire & Service Center on this holiday was nothing short of outstanding. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about its customers, especially during busy times like holidays, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

My little fiat runs like a new car again. New tires, struts, and basic service make it such a fun ride I'm going to take it up the 74 in sport mode.
They also pointed out a couple of things they said I needed to be aware of that might need work soon.

Bad services bad attitude bad work ethics. I get a coupon in the mail for free a/c inspection. I go in and Maritsio says to keep my car over night I parked the car in the back with the rear sticking out. The next day I call at 3 to see what's up and they have no info on my car or me. I drive to the store I see my car has been moved to the front of the store and with the front of the car was facing out . I ask Justin why my car was moved in the morning without any info on it. Justin gets cought with lie after lie. I then confront him about his lies because he told me what the car was brought in for before I ever told him what the car was there for. I then told him that you don't honor your coupons you could of had my car for months without calling me or having any of my info this shop is very disappointing and does false advertising wouldn't recommend

Very pleased with the customer service. They are very professional came to mount new tires and wheels found the center of the wheel did not fit properly which would have been a huge No No…rather than them installing anyway they notified me immediately and were HONEST. I am thankful.
