Caveat Emptor... A Hate Crime was committed against me here... White people beware... when I picked up my car the first time... it freshly had a flat tire, which had just been stabbed with a knife in the sidewall... one of the workers... the old Mexican with the Picard-like bald head... was looking at me with eyes of Pure Hate. I had never had any interaction with this person before. They not only popped my tire, but when I went back to have my window fixed, they smashed my caliper into my rotor, and smashed a couple of plastic parts on my car... Caveat Emptor... Desi also did a pretty poor job of fixing my car... Desi doesn't realize its rude to speak Spanish in front of people that aren't fluent in the language. That should have been my first warning... Immediately after getting the doors on my car replaced, the locks were messed up, they didn't finish the paint, it was supposed to take 2-3 days and they took 2 weeks and didn't finish the job... I asked Desi if there was any time frame like warranty wise, and he said "No" - but then wanted to deny me fixing my door locks "Because the doors were only covered for 30 days" - well, did I not ask if there was a time frame? Caveat Emptor... all the damage you see in the pictures was done 15 minutes before I was to pick up my car, 15 minutes earlier - there was none of this damage...

A good friend of mine recommended me to Desi's auto collision. I took my car to get a quote because my front bumper was damaged from a hit and run while my car was parked. Mr. Desi ordered the parts, got them in less than 3 weeks, and fixed it in less than 2 hours. The price and good service were unbeatable. I am very pleased with the results. Respect to Mr Desi, Paul and their staff, treated me well. I highly recommend that you all guys come check them out. Thank you so much. I am so happy

I've have taken my cars to several body shops in the Palm Springs area throughout the years and Desi's is by far the best. I didn't have to worry about unreasonable delays and their quality of work is amazing. I now recommend everyone I know to Desi's if they need any body work done and they've all had pleasant experiences.

I would highly suggest the company. They were quick and honest, and the prices were great. Don't waste time anywhere else. Our car needed a bumper, and they also did a wonderful job of replacing it. Plus, they super-cleaned the inside. It was embarrassing how dirty a car gets with dog hair, but they made it all look brand new. I'm going back for more work soon. Embarrassed that I forgot a gift unwrapped for a buddy, but still, the car looks like new. Thank You Desi and your crew!

I had a friend recommend this place after they got their car repainted a few months back. Desi was very easy to work with and handled the insurance process for my accident. He did say my car would be done within the week but took a few days longer. Not a huge deal, I know he was waiting on parts to come in. Overall, very good and easy experience and got my Chevy Cruze looking good again!

I gave them my Toyota price trusting then to fix my car. They promised me that they will fix it by Tuesday the week after. I dropped mines off on Thursday. Then a weekend passed. Went back Tuesday and MY CARWASNT THERE!!!! 5 days!Update: Fortunately, my car got fixed although it wasn't the day, we talked it would be due. Desi even gave me a 3-year warranty on the part he fixed. He was sorry for the inconvenience. Next time I suggest good communication. People are easy to please. It was my first time at their business, so I was a bit doubtful. Anyway 3 stars.

Desi is the best. He is very transparent, communicates well and does a great job repairing damage. What I like most is the fact he does his due diligence dealing with the insurance companies and respects the fact people coming to him may have transportation issues and won't always be able to get there right away. Highly recommend.

Only good things to say about Desi and his operation. Thorough and detailed estimate for insurance purposes. Fast and satisfactory work once ins. co. approved estimate and parts obtained. Car completed on date promised. Vacuumed and double-washed so looked like new. Good paint match where front end damage was repaired. An honest operator with a good crew. Design will give you a lift back home, too, after you drop-off your car. Five stars!

I was referred to Desi's from my mechanic Rich at Meinike's on Ramon Road . I took my husbands car in for a front spoiler repair... he had a huge bad scratch after coming too close to a round about. He noticed after removing the front spoiler that the under part was a mess from too many Parking concrete blocks scraping underneath. He did the extra work but kept his price the same! Great experience .

Hey guys! Just want to kill everybody my mom found this place some years ago with her Toyota and Desi did a great job. So I took my 99 suburban which had a dent in it for ever took it to Desi it came out perfect great to work with he's my autobody guy, he did a great job arrest him and a great value
