1st time going here ( about a yr ago) I spend over 500.00 dollars and then when the cashier forgot to take a tag off the alarm at the door went off, you would have thought I stole everything that was in my basket. The person by the door next to the podium came running also a manager in the back area came running like really? It wasn't that serious..you would have thought I wouldn't go BK but my daughter and son like going there .2nd (March 16th 2024) at approx 10.30am and final time because I'm tired of spending money at a place that doesn't appreciate their customers..I spent another 500.00 dollars when I was still standing at the cashier the manager behind me signaled the cashier in front of me to check my money..the cashiers name started with a (D) nodded her head in agreement( in the cathedral city store) I didn't get the managers name but at least don't make it so obvious that again you want us to be watched. Yes I was giving her hundred dollar bills but what else would I give her buying so many items, the manager was annoyed and came over and said no more hundreds because we don't have any more change as I noticed she had a hundred in her hand from another customer..again wow..please corporate office make sure your employees make all customers feel welcome..and not feel like criminals..

I love DD's. ❤️. Awesome stuff and very affordable. Although they need to add a public restroom, for us older ppl who have to pee often. Lol. Otherwise it's awesome

The first time I went in, it seemed okay. The employee I dealt with was not rude, but was not nice either. The second time I went in (3/8/24 at 11:43 am), I had a drink, and the employee at the register, with a passive aggressive tone, diverted her attention from the customer she was tending to and told me I couldn't have it. I will not shop at a store that has employees like this or this kind of policy.

I love the store and its prices, but they could open earlier in the summer. I would like them to open at 9am in the summer. I would like to do my shopping early to avoid the heat.

Let me just say I love Dd's. However, the employees here at this particular store have some nerve targeting ppl around following me through the whole store how disgusting! won't be shopping here again people beware the employees here discriminate!

Worst store ever on return policy if you pay full price they low ball you and don’t even give you the store credit same amount as paid original because they marked down the price so basically they rip you off of what you paid. Easy way to make money off people never came a store like this
