It's not a fantastic place to shop but in my experience the people were relatively polite. The pharmacy staff were helpful. I have heard some of the staff talking about the amount of shoplifting which is sad.

I have got to say MARLENE Pharmacy Tech was absolutely AMAZING and saved me ALOT on my prescriptions!! Marlene we need more people like yourself in this world.. willing to help without even asking!! YOU ROCK MARLENE!!!!

The absolute worst CVS store! The management is terrible & not very kind to its customers. Store is disorganized & messy, plus dirty. I wouldn't shop there again. It seems like this is the same sediments others have at this location. JAG

I've been a customer here at CVS for well over 5 + yrs. There is a Huge Lack of Professionalism. I will be reporting Joseph to LICENSING ANY/ALL AUTHORITATIVE RESPECTIVE AGENCIES. Jospeh the pharmacy tech lost his mind over me saying his name. Joseph had an out burst like a person whom was having a complete melt down. Imagine having to ask an alleged seasoned pharmacy tech the same question 4 times all because Joseph did not want to answer the question. FYI JOSEPH IN THE MEDICAL FIELD NO QUESTION IS A FORBIDDEN QUESTION ESPECIALLY WHEN THE QUESTION WAS SO SIMPLE... WHEN WAS MY HUSBAND PRESCRIPTION LAST FILLED. WHAT DATE WAS IT? You would not answer the question and then had a verbal meltdown down and forcefully voiced STOP SAYING MY NAME. Then all of a sudden about 5 minutes later you place an order for that very same prescription I was inquiring about that out doctor had already sent over weeks ago as you admitted on the phone. Why does your behavior have to be so rude. As patients/customers were allowed to ask questions and as a pharmacy technician you're supposed to have answers. I too work in the medical field. YOUR BEHAVIOR IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL HANDLING THE NEEDS OF PATIENTS MEDICATIONS. I will ask CVS to listen the conversation. The higher up should have an understanding of just exactly how you deal with simple questions asked because this behaviors NOT NEW I just don't feel it's appropriate to endure.

The store was rather empty so I had no trouble moving around and it was very clean organized but there was no one on the floor to be of any assistance and it was one person up at the front who is at the register. Based on the amount of business I can see why there was not more help

I have prescriptions filled here regularly and shop here quite often. The team here goes above and beyond. The pharmacy teams works very hard and is incredibly helpful when things go awry as they generally do with prescriptions. We had to get prescriptions filled while we were on vacation and the CVS we stopped at had 8 people working in the pharmacy completing less than a third of what I see this team do; they are incredible! No place is perfect, but if you're looking for solid support from hard working people then this will absolutely fit the bill.

I sat in the drive thru pick up for an hour and a half only three cars in Front of me. The last time ( two days ago) I went in to pick up my prescription she asked if I wanted a refill on the one I picked up and I let her know I have another I need refilled she said I had to go to another window even though I was the only person there. I went to the other window and waited 10 minutes for assistance before deciding I needed call it in as it would be faster. Three people behind the counter only one was busy.. Apparently it’s time change pharmacy’s
