I received the most beautiful flower bouquet from this store. They try so hard to deliver - rang the door bell a few times and called me to make sure that I receive the bouquet too. Because it is hot where we live, it must have not been an easy job.
The bouquet is one of the best compared to several others I received from other stores. I am very happy with their job.

Placed an order with From Your Flowers online and they used this florist as it was the closest. I was told by From Your Flowers that I would get an upgraded arrangement because of them not meeting the requested and paid for timeframe. Looks like a downgrade to me. Red vase is what I ordered initially and was told would be upgraded, the clear vase is what was actually delivered (a day late, I might add).

I just arrived to pick up my "High Rise Prize" in the premium version. Do disappointed again with this florist, this is my last time! The arrangement was small very, no wow, not impressed and I paid for the upgrade! This Florist is off my list!

Buyer beware! Not a reputable company by any means!!It upsets me to even give this establishment one star because they deserve zero.This is one of the worst businesses ever.I had flowers delivered to me yesterday from them that they just left outside on a pillar. The arrangement was awfulIt was a mixed assortmentThe roses were pretty dead, others had broken stems and some of the leaves were brownI called the company to let them know of my dissatisfaction. I was not able to speak to the owner or manager. The clerk told me to bring them to the store and they would change out the dead onesI told her that I was not going to drive 20 minutes there when this was on themI also explained that my husband had surgery and it just wasn't feasibleI asked them to deliver a newarrangement and take the first one back. She said she would talk to her manager and call me back next business day. Of course they did notI had to call them. The clerk told me the owner would not do that. Really? You made this arrangement, you opted to have it delivered with dead flowers and now you are not taking responsibilityTerrible business ethicsNot my fault I received this mess.Terrible business. Poor quality of product and lousy customer service. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your floral needs. Plenty of floral shops who create and deliver flowers and stand by their workUnlike this placeI don't have any idea what the sender of my arrangement paid for this, but any amount was too much. Do yourself a huge favor and bypass this company. You'll be happy you didDon't get fooled by the pictures they display on their websiteTheir arrangements don't come close. They have received many bad reviews. I am stuck with these and the sender is not happy about it, but nothing you can do about a company that doesn't stand by their work other than go elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend getting anything from this flower shop. Don't get fooled by the pictures that you see. I had flowers delivered to me yesterday. Mixed floral arrangement The roses were dead, a few other were broken at the stems and some of the leaves were brown. I immediately called to complain. Couldn't talk to owner or manager. Clerk that was in there told me to bring them to exchange them I wasn't willing to drive 20 minutes to do that for two reasons. I told them that they made the arrangement, they knew the flowers were not fresh and they opted to deliver them this way knowing the condition and I also explained that my husband had surgery and another reason I would not come. I asked them to deliver a new arrangement and pick these others up at the same time. This was their mess and their responsibility. The girl said she would talk to the manager and call me back next day when they opened. Of course they didn't call. I had to call only to find out that the OWNER told the clerk to tell me that she would not deliver a new arrangement. Red flag right there!!Bad service for any owner to have that kind of an attitude. So unfortunately, these flowers remain. I unfortunately had to let the sender know as well and I highly recommend staying clear of a company who operates in this fashion. Take responsibility for the services that you provide! There are plenty of flower shops here in the desert who make beautiful arrangements and stand by what they create and sell. You will be happy you did. Although I do not know how much the sender spent on this arrangement. It wasn't worth it! Poor service, terrible attitudes, cheap flowers and lousy customer service!!! Beware!!! My star review is actually 0, but you don't have that option Oh and one more thing. Instead of letting us know we had a delivery coming like a lot of shops do, they just left them sitting outside on a pillar that they could have fallen off from

First of all, the flowers were old, droopy and cut disproportionately. My wife did not get her Valentine's Day balloon that I paid for. When I called the store numerous times to complain, the person at the store immediately put me on hold without saying anything. Then my call went to voicemail and the message indicates they are not set up for voicemail so I was disconnected. This place is completely unprofessional and run by idiots who are there to put in their work hours and head over to 7-11 to get their malt liquor beer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Terrible service, left flowers outside of gate of sun city shadow hills. Terrible flowers, only lasted 3 days. Poor value for you pay for flowers these days.
