We shopped at a lot of carpet places and ended up getting some uniquely beautiful carpet from Cathedral Canyon Flooring. It was carpet that we didn't see anywhere else. Vickie was very helpful and arranged to have the carpet installed perfectly.

I have not used Cathedral Canyon Flooring just yet, but I will!!! The customer service and follow up has been amazing thus far. My condo was damaged by Tropical Storm Hilary. My insurance is giving me the complete runaround for the last 7 months. It took them 4 months tell me they need another quote, because they believe the first one from a different vendor was too high. I got super irritated, but glad I did get a new quote from Vickie at Cathedral Canyon Flooring. I rate Vickie a 10 out of 10 thus far on her customer service and follow through. She always called when she said she was, she had the team do the measurements without me having to come to the area (7 hour drive from my primary home) and she checked to make sure the correct materials were in stock. I can wait to use the team to install my new floors!!

We were looking to install carpeting on our wood stairs in Palm Springs and after speaking with several carpet companies chose Cathedral Canyon Flooring to do the work. They were friendly, responsive and very easy to work with. Their bid was competitive and fair and the work completed soon after we agreed on a price. After the installation we called to let them know of a small problem, which they fixed within days. Thanks to Vickie and the entire team - we had a great experience!

Best experience EVER when trying to figure out what the hell I am doing!!! Vicki, an owner calmed my nerves, shared her expertise, and was extremely efficient! She was organized with great follow through and put me at ease. I had gone shopping on tile row in Anaheim and left with my eyes rolling around on my head. Then, it was suggested I go to Cathedral Canyon Flooring. So grateful I did! Thank you Vicki for your genuine warmth and calm.

Vickie and Tim are simply fabulous. I installed all new flooring at my condo, and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. Everything came in on time, on budget and work was competed ahead of scheduled. I had a few hiccups with my HOA and Vickie was ON IT! I can't tell you how impressed I was with the shop and the overall quality of the finished product. Big thank you to all the hard work they put in to make this happen.

I recently worked with Cathedral Canyon Flooring to put new tile floors in a condo I just purchased, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Vickie took great care of me - she was responsive to all of my questions and got me very competitive pricing. Jesus did great work installing the floors. We are thrilled with the final product - definitely will work with Vickie and her team again in the future.

Selecting a new carpet is not something you can do very well online. You've got to see the colors, touch the swatches, etc. Fortunately, Cathedral Canyon Flooring is here for us! I just stopped by the store and I was able to see lots of samples, get some good advice from Vickie and put through an order. Within just a couple of weeks, the carpet was delivered and installed by a nice group of experienced guys. Cathedral Canyon Flooring did everything I could hope for to make this a smooth process! We are extremely pleased with every part of this transaction, and we highly recommend Cathedral Canyon Flooring!

Vickie spent time a lot of time to provide us with several great options. We ended up with a great solution for us. She schedule the installation and they showed up on time and installed 3 bedrooms in a day. Everything worked well. I would highly recommend them! Thanks Vickie!

Vicky and her staff were great we had them put new carpet all thru our house quite a while back and we noticed some bulging up in places she sent out a crew to stretch out the carpet and take out the bulges at no cost to us great service after the sale which is a rare thing in this day and age!!!

I called and asked if they could come out to measure and show carpet samples. The woman, friendly as an iceberg at the South pole, informed me, "We don't do that." Really? I'm supposed to be responsible for how much carpet I need? She didn't offer an alternative other than, "We need you to come into the store." Fine, I need a provider who understands the word service. Oh, they don't answer their email either, so I don't know what they do do, but it's clear, the "We need" is their priority.

I went to Cathedral Canyon Flooring because they offered a better price then their competitor down the street Carpet Empire,I come to find out down the line that Vickie was talking about a totally different carpet then the other store. I really feel like she pulled a bait and switch on us. We asked her to have the installers remove the carpet first before we were having the place painting which she accommodated. When the installers removed the old carpet Vickie contacted us and said the previous padding had been glued to the floor and it would have been "too much work" to tear it up and that they will lay their new padding over the old! BAD Idea.... After laying the carpet we had to call her 3 times to come back and correct the crappy job they did. Due to the extra padding there were spots along the closet sliding door and the entry to the bathroom where the carpet was either pulling up or ripping the carpet to shreds due to the carpet being lumpy because there was too much padding. Today I was vacuuming and as I went across the carpet it snagged a thread at the edge of the carpet and ripped the threads into the beater bar of my vacuum ruining it. I contacted another carpet installer last week and told him about the install. He said you never place new padding over old padding,they did that 30 years ago but don't do that today it's a bad practice. He told me I should contact CCF and tell them they should redo the job over because I paid for single padding not double padding. I think this is a result of total laziness on this carpet installation people, if she would have had integrity to do the job correctly she should have just said it's going to cost an additional $$ to do the job right rather then doing a crappy job we now hate! I was told if they don't correct it and do the job right to contact the Contractors board and file a complaint against them.
