I recently brought my car to Cat City Auto Body, and I’m beyond impressed. Arthur and Ramona run a professional and friendly shop, where customer satisfaction is clearly their priority. They handled everything with the insurance company, and the repair was completed faster than expected. Ramona made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout, and Arthur’s team delivered flawless results. My car looks better than it did before the accident! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place appeared good when we first took our car in for a minor repair, but then follow-ups communication was horrible. They don't call you back unless you call them. The receptionist was kind and courteous, but the ones in the back appear to be preoccupied. Not even a "hello" from someone who appeared to be the owner. Sorry, we won't go back!

I had a great experience with Cat City Auto Body Shop. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. They did an excellent job on my car, and it looks perfect now! They also finished the work quickly, just like they promised. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs car repairs.

Friendly, responsive staff. Received an estimate that was the final price. Excellent work replacing busted fog light, scratched paint and wheel flare. Looks like factory workmanship.

Painted over my wrap. Which professional autobody shop would paint OVER a wrap instead of taking the wrap off then painting? They did this twice on my car. If you want a professional job done, DO NOT go with them.In response to their comment below - I have proof - they sent me paperwork detailing the scope of work and it's not what was completed. So it was agreed upon and I have written proof they themselves sent me. Anybody can say anything, but their own paperwork says the truth. And instead of providing any level of professional customer service in their response, look how they talk about their customer below.
