Beautiful complex, well maintained, quiet & serene

My best friend lives here, it is like living in a resort. And during the summer 3/4 of the units are empty because of the snow birds.

This is a wonderful community. Beautiful landscaping, pools, hot tubs, exercise equipment, and prime location in Cathedral City. 15 minutes to the shops in Palm Springs. Food options in most directions.
