Never asked for my mailing address just because I signed up for paperless billing but didn’t even put into consideration that it wasn’t important for it to be on file. Phone was stolen. Had to upload proof of address and couldn’t even do that due to them not putting a mailing address in the system for me. Literally only put “ 92234” as my address when I live in Palm Springs. Pic for proof.

BE VERY CAREFUL when paying your bill at this Boost mobile location.,Money hungry employees who will literally try to charge you more, even though your bill statement states the contrary contrary !!!

The two older women chatting from across the counters while the third younger one is awkwardly ignoring them giving them a look when I try to ask her something then the first two older ones give me a simultaneously give me a good glare then tell me they only have stuff for they’re more expensive product. Please…???

The owner was very helpful. Very nice man. I added another line for my son & couldn't get there for the transaction so he took care of it over the phone & waited for my son to get there.
