I wanted to add another line for my son. I called & the owner of the store handled it all over the phone since I couldn't get to the store. Payment for hooking it up & insurance. He waited for my son past closing time plus he gave my son a brand new phone & all it cost me was installation fee of $50.00 & $80.00 a month for both lines unlimited. Good experiences!

Got me a new cell phone at boost Mobile Cathedral City what can I say they gave me a free phone that's why I traded it in for my Metro so far so good thank you boost

They had the shop closed when I got there even though I called in advance telling them I live an hour away. There's a sign that says be back in 5. Apparently they can't count because 20 after 1 they showed up and lost the key to get in the building. This place is trash.

Went in looked around. Gentleman behind desk was talking to a customer. Never acknowledged me or said He would be with me soon. Waited a good 5 minutes then left and went to a boost store on Ramon. That store was fantastic. A girl just coming in the door from her break immediately helped me and I was out in minutes. This store on date Palm has no customer service skills or interest
