“We bought a Class A through this dealer. They were all very nice and courteous. They needed 2 wks to get everything checked out. They ended up taking 4 weeks because they missed some stuff. They did pay for our camp site while we waited which helped out a lot. They seem to have an issue with communication which drove us both crazy and caused the delays. Steve was our salesperson and we liked him but that was the beginning of the communication problems. He promised us the world to make the deal happen but didn’t tell anyone about what he promised us. We also never saw him again once we decided to purchase the unit.
Even after all the issues they did come through in the end. We saw some small things we pointed out in the walk through which Mark said he’d talk to Frank about but I don’t think that ever happened. Those issues still remain.
I’d recommend them because they did do what they had to to make us happy, the price on this amazing motorhome was reasonable and they played with some numbers and paid off our 5th wheel and even saved us some interest. Sometimes you just have to have patience and it all works out.”
