Asked the guys for a size 10 in a brown shoe. He got me a size 10 in another shoe I didn’t not want. He didn’t come back out of the room he was in. The ladies however were great.

Very helpful staff! We came in to get some pickleball gear. They had a good selection and helped us decide on paddles and balls. Store is well organized and well stocked. They had a good selection of footwear too. Sign up to Big 5 online to get coupons. We saved extra using a coupon that was good the day we were in.

Poor customer service from the "Manager" Anthony. Had the worst attitude I've ever came across. He looked like he was having a bad. Day and took it out on me and my buddy. Even kicked us out.. we were asking for bullets, and he seemed bothered by it. And was being rude about it also. When I asked to see the bullets I wanted, he had an attitude and told my buddy to get out of the area and go walk around for no reason. And we disagreed with him. And he decided to kick us out. Just cause of that.. really bad customer service overall

This is the worst store in the valley the "Manager" Anthony does not know how to talk to cutomers. He is very rude. If I could put a zero star on here I would.

My wife forgot what kind of ammunition she needed cause she is new with ammo brands When i told her she needed 2 kinds the clerk wouldn't sell it to her. She did her background check and was very upset. Im giving the store 1 start cause she wasted money and cant even get ammo for her event.

Always very late opening. Customers waiting for 30 mins outside. Door closed and not able to take a delivery. Third time this has happened to me here.
